KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully equipped kitchen is bright and functional, featuring generous counter space, updated appliances, and an architectural skylight that fills the room with sunshine. - This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $200 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.

- This house has seasonal add-on air conditioning units that cool the space in the living room and primary bedroom. The home is very well-insulated and has numerous ceiling fans and portable fans to keep it cool.
