Villa 5 offers a spacious and thoughtfully designed layout, perfect for families and groups.

As you enter the villa, your first view is the inviting backyard, private pool, and comfortable loungers, creating an immediate sense of relaxation. To your right, you`ll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and sliding doors that open directly onto the patio and pool area. Across the hall is a full bathroom.

The main entrance leads into a welcoming secondary sitting area with comfortable couches and chairs, providing an additional space to gather and unwind. To the left of the entrance is the bunk room, featuring a large bunk bed with queen mattresses and its own private ensuite bathroom.

A staircase leads to the second level, where you`ll find the master suite to your left, complete with a private ensuite bathroom. The upper floor also features the villa`s main open concept living space, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room. A convenient half bathroom is located on this level as well.

From the living and dining area, step out onto the spacious upper terrace, where an additional outdoor dining table allows you to enjoy meals while taking in the beautiful tropical surroundings.

Your stay includes 50 kWh of electricity per night. Any additional usage is charged at 15 pesos per kWh and is payable at checkout in Dominican pesos, U.S. dollars, or through Airbnb. The meter is photographed near check in and again at check out, with both images shared in your guest group chat.

To help reduce electricity costs, we recommend turning off air conditioners when rooms are not in use or when leaving the villa. The home cools down quickly upon your return. The pool pump also consumes a significant amount of electricity, so we suggest switching it off when it is no longer needed.

Please note that while the majority of the community has been completed, a small number of homes are still under construction. As a result, some construction noise may occasionally be heard during your stay.

The villa is equipped with a solar backup power system that automatically activates during city power outages. Essential services, including lights, the refrigerator, and Wi Fi, remain operational during these periods. High consumption appliances, such as air conditioners, will resume normal operation once city power has been restored.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property or near open doors. Smoking and vaping are permitted outside. Please keep all doors and windows closed while smoking or vaping to prevent smoke from entering the property.

Your stay includes 40 kWh of electricity per night. Any usage above the included amount will be charged at 17 DOP per kWh and is payable at checkout. Payment can be made in USD, DOP, or by credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 5.5% processing charge.

Please be mindful of electricity use during your stay. Air conditioners and pool pumps are major power draws. To help conserve energy and keep electricity usage within the included allowance, we recommend turning off air conditioners when leaving the property or when a room will be unoccupied for more than 30 minutes. The air conditioners are very efficient and can cool the rooms again within just a few minutes after being turned back on.

Please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise at a reasonable level, particularly during the evening and early morning.

At checkout, please place all garbage in the designated garbage bins outside the property and ensure all lights and air conditioners are turned off before departing.
