The house was nice but when we booked in late 2025 some items are no linger at the house as was described, hot tub, Kuerig as some examples. The pictures showed both these items at one time. The microwave is too small to put a dinner plate in and none of the fans worked in the downstairs bathrooms. These were disappointments. So close to downtown and it fit my family ok. The upstairs bathroom should note you have to shower sideways lol

Loved sitting on the porch watching the deer and birds in the mornings. Not a bad walk to town.

Convenient to downtown in quiet neighborhood

We spent a weekend at this house. Four of us getting together for the first time in a long time. The four bedrooms with comfortable beds were a huge plus. The living room large enough for a group to lay around on a rainy day. We were sorry that the two Keurig coffee makers didn't work, but we figured out how to work around that. The house is very pretty although the bathroom and the upstairs really needs some work. The shower looks like a cave lol! The beds were all super comfortable. The only thing that was a little unnerving was the company that handles his property wouldn't give us an address until the minute. The house had been cleaned and we were approved to go in. Coming from long distance away that was a little strange and very uncomfortable, but it all worked out OK in the long run. So, good place.

Cute place with plenty of bedrooms for our family getaway. Convenient for visiting the main sights of Fredericksburg and the surrounding area.

We had a great time in Fredericksburg! The house was perfect and had everything we needed for a girls weekend. The rocking chairs on the front porch were great to unwind at the end of the day. The house was clean and the beds were comfy.

Perfect house and location for a birthday celebration with family! Everything was nice and clean. The backyard games were fun as well! We enjoyed hiking Enchanted Rock and the quick and easy access to shopping in Fredericksburg!

Wonderful girls trip! We arrived on Thursday afternoon after enjoying a day in San Antonio. The Kirsche Haus is the perfect place to stay and enjoy Fredericksburg. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to downtown, grocery and restaurants. Very easy check in and out.

We had the best time staying at Kirsch Haus for a girl’s trip (well let’s be honest, a Ladies Of A Certain Age trip :-) and having fun in Fredericksburg. There are four of us, so each having our own bed / space was perfect. The house is very cute, very conveniently located, and the beds are SUPER comfortable. Although we didn’t cook, it certainly would have been possible as the kitchen is well equipped. After a long day we enjoyed sitting on the front porch with a glass of wine, relaxing and chatting. The house is on a quiet street but still just moments from the Main Street “action”. We loved it!

This house is decorated so cute & it accommodate d all of my family. We all felt at home immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house for our Fredericksburg vacation! Check in and out instructions were very easy, and the place was very clean upon check in. The house was very cute and comfortable. The location is very close to the main Fredericksburg shopping areas, and in a fun neighborhood. Thanks for the nice home base for our trip!

House was clean and rules were clearly displayed though out the house. Beds were large and comfortable which made this a great place for a group to stay.

The house was fine. The main problem is that there are no dressers or anywhere other than the floor to put your things. My wife and I stayed in the back bedroom where there is a bed and two small night stands. There is a locked closet but no where to hang your clothes. There are no TV's in the bedrooms. Having to just put your bags on the floor and not unpack sucked.
