Enjoy a comfortable and private basement suite in North Vancouver, ideal for familiesor small groups. The suite features a cozy living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and in-suite laundry for your convenience. Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed and two single beds, offering flexibility for different group sizes.
Please note the suite is located in the basement and access requires going down a set of stairs. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to parks, shops, and transit. Parking is available on the driveway for small cars, while larger vehicles or trucks must park on the street.

Guests will have full private access to the entire basement suite, including all living spaces, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and in-suite laundry. The suite is fully self-contained, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy and comfort throughout your stay.

House Rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the property or near entrances. A USD $1,000 fine will apply for any violation, including odor removal or damage caused.
• No pets allowed. Dogs or other animals are not permitted unless previously approved in writing.
• Proper recycling required. A USD $500 fine may apply for improper garbage or recycling disposal, as building and city fines are strictly enforced.
• Quiet hours: Please respect neighbors and keep noise low, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No parties or events.
• Registered guests only are allowed on the property.
• Please lock doors, close windows, and turn off lights when leaving.
• Report any damages or issues immediately.
