Such a nice beach house. Very clean.

We loved this home. It was clean and smelled fresh when we got there. A few things to note, the kitchen wasn't equipped very well. I wanted to just cook a few simple breakfasts while we were there and it was very difficult with the few pans etc they had. Also, the check-in process was a little inconvenient as we had to go to a different location to check in with a few ladies and get the code to the door. Usually the code is sent to your email and you can just access the house when you arrive.... this was not like that. Overall it was a nice house and got a decent price for the weekend.

We enjoyed our stay! Absolutely loved how close we were to the beach. The property was clean and safe! We would definitely return. What a beautiful home!

No beach view but the proximity to the beach access was great! Beautiful home, perfect size for a small family.

Beautiful, clean, and up to date cottage that met all the needs for my family of 3 (and still some room to spare). The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are a good size (and again, CLEAN), and it was great having an outdoor shower to wash the sand away before entering the cottage. The property management company was easy to work with and communication was great. It was nice to just have to walk across the street to the beach and some activities and restaurants were within walking distance as well. We made great family memories and plan to return in the future. The only thing that might bother others is the loudness of the road by the cottage, which is totally out of the control of anyone but on the positive side, that busy road leads to so many activities and restaurants to explore!

This cottage is one of several that sits nearest road in the village so there is some road noise, especially in evening. Not terrible but important to know. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, starter supplies, and decent assortment of kitchen items. Toilet paper is a little too thin. Doesn't come with beach chairs and umbrella BUT someone had left 2 chairs, 2 umbrellas, and umbrella cork screw. Chairs in house, umbrellas on porch by kitchen door. Wonderful! Usually enjoy beach view but this was good price, easy access to beach across street, and close drive to everything! Highly recommend riding ebikes thru state park one morning!

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our family. The beautiful beach was a 5 minute walk from the house. We felt very safe in this location. We even allowed our teens/older kids to walk to the beach, a nearby nature park, coffee shop, etc and were not worried. This was the first time we felt comfortable allowing that. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back!

Very easy walk to the beach

Condo was perfect for my wife and I. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved that it was directly in front of the crosswalk to the beach making it easy to get to the beach.

The home was wonderful. Good location and perfect for what we needed. House was clean and well furnished. The only thing I didn't care for was that check-in was required at a different location and that they have their own contracts that are required outside of the VRBO agreement. However, the check-in being required at a different location is disclosed in the property description - so that is on me for not thinking to select another property due to the inconvenience of that. However, we had a great stay and would consider staying again if the check-in process was refined.

We chose this property for our vacation after reading all the positive reviews on cleanliness and comfort. The reviews were accurate. We had a great time and plan to be back! The walk to the beach was short, the pool was quiet (though I wish there was a cover because it was HOT), and the house was full of everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Not truly a complaint, but there was sand in one of the bedroom rugs (we moved it and sand poured onto the floor) and the drains in the main bedroom’s bathroom were slow. Overall, we almost cried when we had to leave because we had such a good time.

It was surprisingly quiet being that the highway runs behind it and it was not difficult crossing the street to get to the beach. Friendly check in and only talked to customer service once to find out if paper products were furnished and they were not. I would recommend to friends. The only problem I had was the trips up and down the stairs but I have bad knees. Overall a nice place to stay for a beach vacation.

Cute and clean cottage. The cottage had everything we needed for 3 nights. Also. It's in a great location but experienced noise from the traffic at night. It's a short walk across the street to get to the beach.

My wife and I really enjoyed this home. We had a short easy walk to the beach. We would book this home again in a heartbeat. Thank you for providing a great place to really maximize our beach experience

This property was beautiful, very clean and just altogether cozy. My family was in awe when we walked in, everything worked the way it was supposed sleeping space was more than enough and being able to sit out on the porch and take everything in was more than we could’ve asked for. Thank you so much for allowing us into your home, we did not want to leave it

We loved everything about this place! It’s close to everything and it was very clean! You can tell the owners genuinely care. Also, the beds were so comfortable that I’m going straight back to Missouri and getting the same mattress! We will definitely be back!

The property was spotless and the beach easily accessible. Perfect for a family beach vacation.

House was nice, close to beach with a short walk crossing a highway ,but there is a protective light there, meaning there is a stoplight with a button to push to stop traffic. Also checking in was good but ithe place you check in with is not on the same property. Just a short distance up the road. All was was great.
