King Tide - Spacious, Renovated Cottage, Smart TVs, Steps to Beach at Rockaway!

Living room lights kept flickering but otherwise an a wonderful stay.

The did not turn the heaters on before we got there. It must have been 50 degrees in the house. We turned on all the wall heater full blast. It took a full 24 hours to warm the house up. It is a super cute house, close to the beach. Also, think about a space heater for the bathroom. We will stay again, maybe in the summer

My husband and I stayed 4 nights. We found the unit perfectly clean and the decor was cheerful, neat, comfortable, and relaxing. Linens and basic supplies were well stocked. Super easy to access. Location was so lovely - just a one minute walk from a beautiful, wide, quiet beach. Didn't even need to cross any roads to get there! We had a couple minor maintenance issues but they were quickly and completely addressed. Bedrooms and bathroom are a little small, but the place was super spacious for our group of two. We found the price we paid was a great value. Overall extremely happy with our stay!

I took a big risk and based my whole stay off of this location. We did not have any plans outside of coming here. I feel like this stay is perfect driving distance from everything you might need and literal seconds away from the best beach I saw out of my stay. I would not recommend staying here for a party of 6 though. We had 5 people and it was pretty crowded. But if you’re just planning on sleeping there and being outside the whole day it’s fine.

First, it was very nice that they let us check in an hour early. The house is VERY small. They say it would house 6 people, that's a stretch, 2-4 people max. 600 sq feet, 2 bedrooms (queen beds), extremely small bathroom. very tight kitchen. It was clean. I think it's way overpriced for what is offered.

This was the perfect home for my best friend and I to get away for a couple days and enjoy the beach! The train going by surprised us a little bit, but was also so cool! Would stay here again!
