Guest Access:

Your stay at King Homegrants you full access to the entire property. The garages at the end of the driveway is not for guest use.

The Neighborhood:

King Home is located in a peaceful mountain neighborhood in Pocatello, Idaho, offering a serene atmosphere while still being close to essential amenities. It is in a rural area, so you can expect to see animals and incredible views of Pebble Creek.

Other Things to Note:

You MUST have 4 wheel drive if booking in the winter. The private pool is closed for the season starting September 2026 and will be available again starting end of April 2027! Absolutely no events allowed. No more than 16 people on the property at a time. Additional fee of $25 per person staying overnight per night over 12. Evidence of events will result in additional charges of unauthorized additional guests, cleaning, and maintenance fees for failure to abide by rules and policies. No pets allowed.

The house was beautiful and clean. It was perfect for our large family to spend the weekend in Pocatello to see our children graduate from ISU. The kids of all ages enjoyed everything it had to offer. It was amazing to have so many bathrooms and not have to fight my daughters for the shower. The water stayed hot for our entire large group to get showered and ready in the morning. The outside of the property is so beautiful that we ended up taking pictures of our graduates there instead of at the college where it was so crowded. We really had an amazing time.
