King Estate with attached Mid-Century Apartment & Gym.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The space was clean, spacious and well equipped for a large family gathering (pictures don’t do it justice). Our hosts were so amazing and flexible. They were beyond hospitable and absolutely made our stay in Wichita better than any other place we’ve been before. I look forward to booking with them again!

Everything was good, had some issues with kitchen sink and couldn't use it. So glad there was an apartment with another kitchen we could use

The property looks as it is depicted on the site inside and out. It was clean, spacious and attractive. There was enough space to accomodate our group of 16 comfortably for the 4 night stay, as well as the ability to seat additional Holiday stoppers by. Everyone enjoyed the stay, agreeing that they would do it again in a heartbeat ! Much Thanks to hosts Marjorie and Jerry for touching base throughout, even making their personal phone numbers available.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the house. Check in process was easy. The owners were very responsive and quickly answered any of my questions. We had plenty of room for everyone! There were a couple of closet doors and door to A/C or Hot water heater that was off. I contacted the owners to let them know, that's how it was when we arrived. It is a seasoned how, that has been beautifully decorated and updated. I'd stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay as there was plenty of room for 7 adult women to hang out, sleep and eat breakfast each morning.We struggled with the heating a bit but after we contacted the owner, she came over and helped remedy the situation. The owner is very responsive with any concerns or questions. The house is older and has some quirks but if you are looking for a clean, large space for a home base during a trip to Wichita, I would recommend this home.

Just what we needed

We were in town visiting family. It was a great place to stay and gave us all a little get away from the bigger group activities in town. Loved the Asian market next door.

The property owner is the best. They provided everything we needed and were there for us. My family and I were so excited and happy and enjoyed our stay. We will recommend this property to any family planning to go to Wichita.

Property was large enough for our whole family which was great it was nice to have everyone under one roof. Very disappointed in the state of the yard. Very unappealing to sit outside. We made the most of it and had a great time.

The home has lots of space for a large group of people. Plenty of bedrooms that are separate from each other so people can spread out. The courtyard and deck are nice gathering areas as well as the living room. I do wish there were more chairs in the dining room and ice in the freezer.

It was nice to have a place to stay close to where the convention was located. We appreciate the communication between the host and our group. We would recommend this property to anyone needing a place in Wichita.

We were in town for our son's wedding and had family from several different states coming in. This house was perfect for our needs with 9 adults and 1 child. It is split level so it was a little challenging for our older family members who don't do well with stairs. Lots of space to spread out.
