We love the open kitchen & living room area. The backyard & pool keeps the kiddos entertained when we’re not on the beach. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away! The property is beautiful and our multi generational family absolutely loved our time there. The only things I can think of that would make the house better would be to have stairs going from the top patio down to the backyard and having a thermostat on every floor (instead of just the top and bottom floors). However, I would not hesitate for a second with booking the property again. Lastly, the main highlight for me was dealing with the host. She was extremely responsive and helpful whenever I contacted her directly. Thank you, Lisa!!

Had a beach wagon, toys, chairs, etc. For the beach did not need to bring anything! The house is also in a great location, very close to Food Lion and all the different eating spots. Would definitely recommend! The owner was also amazing, text me food recommendations and checked on us, overall great experience!

It was our second trip there, this time we stayed in 2 houses next to one another so more families could be there. The short walk to the beach was simple. The backyard and pool provided fun and privacy when we needed to retreat from the busy road out front. King BEEch provided us the opportunity to have a much needed family reunion!

This property has it all you need for a great summer beach vacation. From the hot tub to the sand volleyball court and a short walk to the beach, you can’t ask for a better property and location. Not only is the property great but the owner, Lisa, will bend over backwards to make your stay the best it can be.

Home was clean and comfortable for my husband and myself along with our 2 kids and thier spouses and 6 grandchildren. Weather was cilly for June so the pool was cold and kept the adults out but kids still enjoyed it.

Ample room for all the family, ages from 4 to 68 years old. Plenty of space to gather. Kitchen was very well stocked!! Short walk to the beach. Pool was wonderful after the beach.
