Nice older house in a cute neighborhood.

This place was the perfect location, safe, clean, and ideal if you’re traveling with a pet. The owner was very accommodating, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Host was communicative and the property was great.

This is a fabulous neighborhood. Fresh Market is only a block away and so are restaurants. Wonderful place to walk and walk your dog. So nice to have lots of room and laundry area. Quite a few stairs in this home. No bathroom on main floor could be a challenge for some. We were thankful to find this oasis in a charming location and were happy with our home away from home!

Parking was easy and kitchen was well equipped.

This was a great property to stay, was fantastic for your dog Cooper enjoyed his time outside chasing squirrels. It was very close to restaurants,within walking distance. And had a great visit with family.

Quaint older home in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable bedrooms, plenty of visiting space. Especially enjoyed the basement family room. Well-equipped kitchen. Parking in both back and front. Seems a great place for a dog with fenced in back yard and deck. The only drawback we had was some noise from the bus line out front and the shared duplex wall when neighbors were louder, but host will assist in supporting quiet hours.

The condo was accurately described. Plenty of space and clean. Garage parking was very convenient. Beds were comfortable.

The house was nice. It was just the right amount of space for our family of four. The only issue we had was with neighbors being loud in the middle of the night. Lucas was helpful in resolving the situation. Otherwise, the stay was very nice.

Wonderful and awesome fenced in backyard for dogs! It also would be a great place to hang out during the warmer months. Had all the home amenities. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, washer and dryer. Awesome basement TV watching area. Host was very good at responding to messages in a timely manner.

Wonderful accommodations. We hope to stay here again next time we are in Indy

Location Location Location! 25 minute walk to Ripple Bagel and other bar/eateries. Plenty of space inside to relax.

The host was very responsive. The place was super clean and everything was comfortable. We didn't have time, but the patio area looked like a great place to relax. We enjoyed being so close to great places to eat! We would stay here again if in the area.

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Indy! I come to town for a dog event and this place is very convenient and ideal. The hosts do a great job making sure the place is clean and safe. I plan on booking for next year as soon as I can!

Visited the Children’s museum this home was close to the museum. We were comfortable and had everything we needed for our overnight. Good communication with host.While we did drive to restaurants a couple we ate at would have been within walking distance. Nice grocery very close as well. Went to Holliday park which we all enjoyed very much, it was beautiful. Nice area to visit, great short trip overall.

The manager was very nice and did his best to accommodate us, even sending someone to clean when requested due to the property being quite dirty. However, the property itself could use a thorough cleaning and some updates. Despite the cleaning visit, there was still noticeable dust around the bed corners, curtains, and light fixtures.On the positive side, the location is great, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to various attractions. Overall, the house would benefit from some updates and a more thorough cleaning team.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was everything as described and we enjoyed the neighborhood. Lucas was a great host and communicated very well throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We stayed here in a girls trip and it was perfect. We loved all the space and the back yard was wonderful, that’s where we spent most of our time. We would definitely stay again!

House was very clean and the ascetic was wonderful, very home feeling. Location was amazing with easy on street or alley parking.

The location was great, we were able to walk to restaurants with our kids.

Overall a pretty good experience but I would say that the property/furniture is a little older/run down in comparison to the photos as others have suggested. Tub had some hair from previous guest and some other small issues but overall in comparison to the price of other listings we were happy with a 1 night stay just to get us to another destination. Luke was extremely responsive and probably would have rectified any issues right away if we needed it but given the time frame we were there, we felt it wasn’t necessary.

Location was perfect for our needs and we loved the outside areas especially the fire pit. However you do need to bring your own firewood for the pit. I only gave the home 4 stars in cleanliness as there was some dust in corners and cobwebs but Lucas did take note of the issues and forwarded it into his cleaning crew to get handled.

This quaint duplex with an amazing back yard was absolutely perfect for our stay. Clean, Comfortable and just the right amount of old home character. We took advantage of the walkable neighborhood with great eats and groceries a block away. The host is super communicative and available. There is off street parking, and that is huge!! I will absolutely stay here again!!

Perfect location 20min from downtown and close to nice restaurants. Communication with host was great, They listened to suggestions to improve upon the experience.

It was an excellent location. The property could use a really good cleaning though. The trash was full and smelled bad outside of the house and the inside smelled of sewage. The owner was very responsive but the plumber didn’t come out to fix anything until the evening of our last night. So our stay wasn’t all that great, but hopefully he got everything fixed. It would have been a good place if was a bit better maintained.

The house is in an excellent location. We enjoyed walking to restaurants after the long car ride. We enjoyed playing card games at big kitchen table. Drove easily to excellent Childrens Museum. The outside backyard was handy for our small dog.

Beautiful little home with cozy backyard

This was a great option for our group rather than staying in an overpriced hotel. It was well within walking distance for a grocery store as well as restaurants and the Convention Center/Lucas Oil Stadium is within a 20 min drive. The host was very responsive to questions. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This property is so cute! Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and very quiet. We really enjoyed the backyard with the fire pit and the cool basement.

This property met our needs for our 3 day weekend. We had four friends and a dog, so we enjoyed the amount of space and fenced in backyard. The property manager attentive and communicated well throughout our stay.

This sweet, old home served us for one quick overnight stay in Indianapolis. It was comfortable, cozy, and within walking distance to food, cocktails / music (the Jazz Kitchen!), and a nice grocery store (the Fresh Market). Easy to park in front or back of the house. The kitchen was well stocked, although we did not use it. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The host was proactive and provided clear communication throughout the entire process. A nice rental experience.

We weren’t able to enjoy the walkable area but it would be a great spot for that.

This vintage house was great with three bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. The communication with Luke was easy and understandable. We found the location to be close to restaurants and accessible.

Good place for Butler event.

It is a beautiful property, with lots if character in a great location. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Everyone remarked about the nice firm beds. Plenty of linens and kitchenware for6 people.

Cute house/duplex. We enjoyed our stay, and the dog enjoyed being able to run around a fenced yard! The house was very tidy overall, comfy beds to sleep, nice location to walk around and some close local restaurants to grab a bite! Given we were there over the holidays the mini Christmas tree was a cute homey touch! The dishwasher did not seem to work very well was the only major thing I noticed, left streaks on dishes and did not dry out well.

Spacious home with lots of character! The location is near to many different restaurants and grocery stores. Beautiful neighborhood with pleasant neighbors. I would recommend this location to others.

It was a quick stop for my family as we passed through but served the purpose, was nice and clean.
