King Bed Huge Porch River Front Gruene TX Getaway!

We were in town to visit family and loved how close the house is to Gruene and that it has river access.

Great property! Close to everything, house was very clean. Patio was amazing! We had a great time!

A good place to stay to accommodate lots of people in a groupI don't recommend it for one night as you won't have a chance to experience the whole place in that amount of time, especially if you're doing stuff around the town. But it does accommodate a large group and there's even more sleeping room in the living room. If you're going for multiple days, this place will be great for a big group. If you're staying one night, you check in late and check out early and then you don't get to have enough time to do everything the property has to offer.It is a nice place though and it was convenient for our big group, even though we didn't get to experience a lot of hangout time at the house.

This rental was perfect. For what we were offered, I would definitely stay here again! The house was super comfortable, We were close in walking proximity to town and close to the water! That’s really what we were looking for in searching for properties! Thank you for the great trip!

This home was an absolute dream! It was immaculately clean, cozy, had lovely amenities and the beds were so comfy. Communicated was excellent and location was perfect. Our group came from many locations to gather to spend time fellowshipping and this was the perfect spot! We are already looking at dates to go back;)

This property is absolutely stunning! I would highly recommend it! Very close proximity to Gruene Hall, shopping, food, music, all within walking distance!! Kitchen is well equipped for cooking large meals!

Perfect home for adult groups. Furnishings were new, plentiful, and modern—great art throughout the home. The owner was extremely attentive and accommodating. Liked being able to walk into town. Would highly recommend!

This house was absolutely incredible. Beautifully designed with gorgeous furniture and stunning artwork throughout. The location is perfect for visiting Gruene and the dance hall.The outdoor space was a highlight—an outdoor kitchen with grill, table, and TV made it such a great place to relax. The Sonos soundbars provided excellent sound for music, which really elevated the experience.We loved the steps down to the river, where we saw deer and enjoyed the amazing river flowing through the property. Everything inside was extremely clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.I honestly can’t speak highly enough of this house. If you have the opportunity to stay here, I would absolutely recommend it.

Beautiful home, fully stocked kitchen (for a big birthday dinner) and just minutes from Greene Hall for after dinner fun! Highly recommend!

The location which is a short walk to downtown Gruene, the river access, and house finishes are all fantastic. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Scott’s beautiful home. We were celebrating a late Christmas with family and enjoyed opening gifts and eating out on the patio. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and plates etc. The couches and beds were comfortable. The bar in the kitchen was perfect for game nights. We were so close to everything as well. We could walk to the Gristmill or Gruene Hall. There is also a golf cart rental two doors down that we used for a family member with a bad knee. We went downstairs to the river several times and saw a fox. Great time in a great house!

This house was so nice and the perfect set up for a house full of women. All the bathrooms, linens, and space. We had a wonderful time. The back patio was our spot. I'd love to come back.

This property was great, our group had a great time. The back deck overlooking the river was awesome to hang out at. The house itself was very nice with plenty of blankets and towels available.

Perfect location within walking distance to everything in Gruene, unbelievable outdoor space with deck overlooking the area and access to the river. House decor was fantastic and every bedroom had its own bathroom. Will absolutely return to this VRBO.

This property was built and maintained to give its guest every convenience you can think of and some you might not of to say this Host made an effort to make this place a 5 star stay is an understatement if you have very high standards this place will not disappoint.

The house exceeded all expectations. The location cannot be beat, a quick walk or car ride can get you anywhere you want to go in Gruene. I would definitely recommend.

The property is beautiful and great for three or four couples traveling together. We loved having coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening on the beautiful deck. We enjoyed walking into town for music, dinner and shopping. We would definitely return to the property.

Everything about our stay was amazing. Great location within walking distance to all Gruene TX has to offer. Entertainment spaces inside and out back were large enough for our kids, their spouses, grandkids and another family that came to spend New Year’s Eve with us. View allowed us to see all of Mew Braunfels area and fireworks. Son got engaged at a great spot on the river in the backyard. Everything was clean and comfortable and host was great.
