In addition, we provide a workspace for remote work, and a game room for entertainment. Our backyard is fully fenced in a spacious oasis with a grill, plenty of seating, outdoor games and a propane fire pit for the chilly Colorado nights. The home is about a 10 minute walk to the Olde Town Arvada Light Rail. The G Line will provide you with quick access to downtown Denver where there are plenty of places to visit, restaurants to eat at, and great social places like bars/breweries/distilleries.

If you plan on bringing pets, must inform us of the breed, size, and number of pets. We only allow up to 2 dogs at our discretion and they must be added to the reservation for a pet fee.

    Charming house with amble bedroom space and nice street. Close to parks and old town, 10/- minute walk. The access to the garage was great to store our bikes, the backyard was a delight. Would stay again.

    The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to parks for kids. Kitchen was stocked with spices and other items to support meals. The beds were comfortable and loved the open floor plan.A few suggestions- replace the stained sheets on the king size bed, find the source of the flies and block their ever present presence in the house, the living room rug could use a deep clean or replacement, and lastly, the yard would be better if the weeds were dealt with. These issues aside, we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely come back again!

    A wonderful week and this house was great. Easy walk to Old Towne and parks in the area. We walked to the RTD and went into Union Station. Will definitely stay here again. Erica is super helpful.

    Home is as described. Clean, comfortable beds, could cook a simple meal - but we don’t too many great restaurants in Olde town Arvada and Denver. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to I-70. Would stay again!

    We visited our son who lives in Arvada. This place was walking distance to the train and Olde Town Arvada. A short drive to the mountains - RMNP, Mount Blue Sky, and Golden Gate Park. We had a great time. The house was perfect for our family of 6, two grandkids,parents and grandparents. The backyard was perfect. Everything was great would definitely stay again.

    Cute little house. Very clean and beds were comfortable! Good location in a quiet neighborhood. With four beds and two baths it worked well for our group. Was nice that it was pet friendly too. Would definitely stay again.

    My family with 3 young children (all under 5) had a terrific weekend at this home. We enjoyed playing outside while it wasn’t too cold and then hunkering inside to avoid the cold. It was in a great location for food and groceries. The house was very clean! We will try to stay here again on our frequent visits to the Denver area!

    We stayed at this property for a week in July. We chose it for location - my husband took the train into downtown Denver for work (super convenient - just 10+ minute walk to the Arvada light rail station), while I used the desk area in one of the bedrooms to work from home while we were there. Lovely property and great, quiet neighborhood. Super clean! Decor was modern/stylish yet comfortable. Excellent amenities - owner has thought of everything! Bed and bedding super comfortable, well-stocked kitchen, newer washer/dryer, plentiful bathroom supplies - I could go on! Our small dog loved the nice grassy backyard, and walking her in the neighborhood was pleasant. Easy walk or drive to Old Town Arvada with great restaurants and shops. It was very hot the week were there (we used to live in Denver and this is mostly typical for July), so we were grateful for good air conditioning and a nice seating area in the backyard to hang out in the evenings when it finally cooled off a little. There were some communication glitches initially with booking, and later with check-in information, but this was I think largely due to owner and property manager newly working together. These issues were resolved and had no impact on our overall stay; I think going forward it is likely to be fine for future renters - owner and property manager are both great. Highly recommend this property, and we are looking forward to coming back in the future!

    This is our 3rd time staying at this house, not one complaint! Walking distance to wonderful restaurants, bars & light rail! It runs every 20 minutes & drops you off at Union Station! Jessica is amazing to deal with!
