The property was very nice, just as described. However the description needs to include information about the front cement steps. They are steep and a handrail would be extremely helpful for coming and going. The only other suggestion is the house smelled. I thought it was musty my daughter in law thought it smelled like gas. Consequently we aired the house out and never used the heat. Luckily it was a beautiful spring weekend in KC and it wasn't needed. The location of the house was perfect for our plans. Although there is plenty of space for a family, it was just my husband and I but it still felt just right for the space we used. The house was so well done and we enjoyed the front porch and the back patio. It's a perfect neighborhood spot. The driveway is on quite a hill which doesn't give much room on either side of the vehicle but we managed to figure that out without a problem. The only suggestion we have would make is to have some sort of a drop-leaf table that could expand to seat four to six people for playing games, cards, Etc. There's currently only a two-seater near the front door and that isn't conducive for that type of activity.

We enjoyed our stay at your place and in KC. Great communication and easy check in process. Beds were super comfortable and nice upgrades throughout. Thank you for your hospitality.

Stay was as advertised!

This house was perfect for our family as we were in town for our son’s baseball tournament. Conveniently located to everything we needed and a very clean, comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again!

The house was nice and convenient. The idea of leaving a key outside for anyone to find is a security issue. The driveway was very steep with leaves covering it. One of our guests slipped on the leaves. This owner advertised one rate but at check out was changed I could not cancel due to the time frame of the booking. It was a true bait and switch. I have documents to prove my case. The house was clean and adequate. But the overall experience would not have me stay here again. VRBO has lost my business due to this experience

Enjoyed our stay, bath tub needs a anti slip mat on floor of tub. Carpet rug needs cleaning lots of stains from drinks.Refrigerator was not clean in meat slide out drawer.

Close to 75th&Wornall so the trolley trail, Waldo Pizza, Waldo Cafe, Picklemans Deli, drug store all handy but road construction Oct.2024 made some detours necessary. Far enough off the busy streets to be quiet, obvious modernization and upgrades nice and functional, but stained carpet in living room and acorns underfoot in front with steep stairs and steep driveway detracted. Limited cutlery especially if a larger group. Advertised pet friendly and does have fenced yard, but $1000 fine if pet gets on a bed not disclosed until final instructions. Neighborhood does have many dogs, some prodigious daytime barkers.

We visited Kansas City for a family reunion and this stay was a pleasure as it had adequate space for our family that included two of our adult children and our new grand pup who experienced her first plane ride.
