We had a family skiing trip for 3 days. We booked this place because the veiw and it had a hot tub to relax after skiing but found the hot tub didn't work wicth was a big reason why we booked this place.then the power went out and had to cut our trip short and to be told we wouldn't be getting any refund was the nail in the coffin!!

Our stay was perfect! The views were absolutely beautiful. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect, with all of the supplies we needed. The TV worked great so we could watch college football! Our stay could not have been better!

We absolutely loved this cabin. The view was phenomenal, we loved the comfort and size of the home. We sat on the porch all day of our stay. Kitchen was great with a gas stove which we used daily. We would absolutely stay again. The only thing I wasn’t prepared for was the lack of central air. There were AC united located upstairs and downstairs and they kept us cool most of the time. The only complaint is that it got extra warm in the heat of the day. Other than that our stay was absolutely perfect.

Wonderful property! Wonderful community! We had a great time. Future tenets need to know that the whole house does not have AC. Only the downstairs living room has AC. There was a heat wave when we were there so it was unseasonable warm. . .just be aware.

Beautiful cabin with many amenities. On the downside, the hot tub and grill were unusable. The back deck and furniture were filthy.

This was a beautiful cabin that felt like home away from home. One of the beds downstairs was very old that should be replaced. Some of the blankets didnt seem freshly washed but we washed the throws to our liking. All basic things available to cook or even grill.

The cabin itself is fantastic. The views are MUCH better than what you see in the listing photos! It's smaller than expected, but the cabin is great choice. The major flaws are the beds are awful, and very, very old. In one guest room you can feel the inner springs and in the master there are two very noticeable caved in spots, so that was disappointing. The oven also would not turn off, so maintenance had to come shut it off at the breaker...I'd suggest a call ahead to Hummingbird to make sure the oven works or you'll waste space and money bringing food to cook (apparently, the oven has been a problem in the past and they thought it was solved). Overall, a solid place if they address the beds and oven.

The property exceeded our expectations and the view was unmatched. We enjoyed cooking, hiking, shopping downtown and watching all the wildlife from the decks. Deer and wild turkeys were frequent visitors. It was a great relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The view from the front porch and balcony was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay at this property again. Only comment I would make about this property is if you have any issue with bringing luggage up multiple flights of stairs this may not be the property for you.

Our whole family had a great stay at this beautiful home. Between the wildlife, views, cabin layout, and cleanliness, we will definitely be renting this home again. The hot-tub was a great place to relax. 5 STARS!!!!

Welcoming house. Sisters enjoyed quiet time together. Card games and visiting. Racing was sad to watch flooding and cancellations. Ruidoso village fires and floods are heartbreaking but we felt thankful to be in cabin above the turmoil. Enjoyed the views from deck

The property was clean and roomy. The TV had previously set parental controls, so movies above PG could not be watched and the dishwasher flap on the inside was broken and would not hold the pod. No water for about 6 hours. The view was great. Turkeys and deer were numerous. Restaurants were close by as well.

Absolutely love the area as we had never been there or heard of Ruidoso for that matter. The town has great shops and you can spend the day there. We also went site seeing and hiking. Saw elk, mule deer and wild horses while on our stay. And the weather… Weather was amazing!
