Kindred Spirits Retreat at Lake Marion - Pet Friendly Getaway Minutes from I-95!

Property is in excellent condition. Comunication with owner was great . And the location near the lake is beautiful. Defenlly recommend. And will look for this property first when im in The area again

This was our first long trip with our dog and she loved the place! Fenced in yard and home was cozy and dog friendly. Loved the farmhouse style and large bedrooms and baths.

Everything was great and host was very responsive. We had a few notes we passed on to the host and they were very quick to respond. The exterior of the property wasn’t quite what we expected but the inside was very cozy and inviting. Overall would recommend especially if you have a dog that like to run around outside.

This home was perfect for our Thanksgiving family getaway. We really enjoyed everything about the house, especially the fenced yard for the dogs. I would definitely stay here again. The house was exceptionally clean.

We needed a place with two separate bedrooms. This property fit the bill. Perfect for our trip. Nice accommodations. Would definitely recommend this property.

This home is situated in a very peaceful neighborhood. It was very clean and had little things that made it great like the snack tray and the K-cups. The fenced yard was great for our fur baby.

Overall, our stay was very quiet, peaceful and enjoyable. But I learned a valuable lesson when considering access to rentals. In this case my husband & I, both being over 70 yrs old could not access the property using the proper back door due to no handrails for assistance. We did manage to use the back deck entrance with an amount of problems, but loading & re-loading was difficult.

Clean modern interior, and easy to keep clean, yard is perfect for dog to run! Host mike was great!

We wanted a property that was close to family and driving distance to our favorite beach, Folly beach. The property is nestled near the lake, golf, State parks, I95 and great dining options. We had dinner at the Lake House and the food was outstanding. The property was updated, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice relaxing atmosphere. Stayed at Kindred Spirits Retreat while mu husband and I looked at properties. A beautiful place to stay. The owner was so helpful and bent over backwards to insure our stay was perfect. Would rent from him again in a heartbeat. A dog lover to boot!
