Kimmie's Place- 6 mins to Beach, Pet Friendly, Entertainers dream!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kimmies place. It was a mother and daughter’s trip and the place was perfect. We sat on the front porch most of the time. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay again!!!

Max was extremely helpful and attentive. The house was spacious and very clean. The extras left in the house proved to be useful. Overall very happy with our stay and our host!

My host was wonderful and very patient with my technical weakness. The amenities were appropriate and the cleanliness was superb. I hope to stay here again!

we were thrilled with our vacation!! Great kitchen! Owner has added an icemaker. Wonderful neighborhood! So close to shopping that we needed ie groceries.and drugstores.Owner had to spend time with us on phone to help us get in but he never voiced any frustration with that. We are going to rent again next year if we can!!

The owners were very communicative and helpful! Lots of “extras” included! Great location. The place is so much bigger than first impression. Perfect for our situation! (there is a little mold on the ceilings in some rooms)

We visited with family, our dog, and our baby. The place was clean and well stocked. We had a great time! Go to sunset beach early for parking!

Beautiful clean spacious home. Located close to Food Lion and some fantastic restaurants. Short drive to the beach very easy check in and check out would recommend and would love to stay again.

As part of a 65 person family reunion gathering on the Sunset Beach strip, we were able to escape the high expense of a beach front cottage. It was a perfect location allowing us to crate our two dogs when visiting family, thus avoiding additional boarding costs. Being close to our favorite restaurant and grocery store was a big plus.

The house has a very comfortable layout for a family. Love that it is dog friendly.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful time! The beds were very comfortable and the hot water heater was superb. We would recommend bringing water and ice, the water dispensed pretty slowly and we couldn’t get the ice maker to work. Overall, we would definitely come back! The location was perfect and it was a wonderful house for a beach trip.

Home was clean. If you have a large boat trailer it will be difficult to back up the driveway. You can park it parallel to the street. My son and I were able to push our lightweight boat trailer up the drive and then hitch it back to the truck.

This was a perfect place to stay for our last minute trip. This was a clean, spacious home, great location and overall a great stay! Our grandma is beginning her cancer treatment soon so we came to get away to clear our minds and spend family time together. Very pleased with everything!

The property is fine, no complaints. Max was very helpful whenever we need anything.

This house was perfect for our trip to NC coast area. It was centrally located so it made touring the area so easy. There were stores and shops nearby. A short drive to the park and the beach made it fun for the dogs too. The house was roomy, and comfortable. Kitchen was well suited for simple food prep. Just bring some paper dishes/paper napkins/ foil or plastic wrap. There were some spices/oil/vinegar and other useful items, and if you need to buy, the grocery store is so close. The beds were comfortable. We went off season and it was chilly there, but the heat worked well. For us, with 2 dogs, it was perfect.

We needed a place that was spacious, clean, and safe, to stay, while we visited family that lived in Myrtle and Sunset Beach. This listing fit all the boxes and more. It was clean and spacious. Beds were comfy. More than enough Utensils and place settings. The only cons were no ice maker and the interior doors had no locks. Only the guest bathroom.

The house was in a great location to our friends and such a short drive to the beach. So spacious and very clean we enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I had to find a place to stay quickly because our floor had sprung a leak for the second time in 6 months. Our home is built on a slab and the copper pipes kept springing leaks. This place is huge!! One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Well stocked! All you need is clothes and food!

Place was very clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was short for a sports tournament but the house was well kept. The house had everything we needed. We had one issue but communication with the owner was quick and had a maintenance worker quickly. Only real issue was the mosquitos outside. I understood being near water that there will be mosquitos but these were so bad anytime just walking outside we were bombarded. If we have to be down there again we would book this place.

Love this property so much! Plenty of room, extremely clean, and wonderful communication! My friends and I had a blast! We would recommend this property to everybody!

We loved this property. It ended up being just 3 blocks away from my Inlaws. We were amazed by how much space we had. It was a lovely neighborhood really quiet.

Positives: very spacious, great location, no problems with communication with host. Negatives: grass was 1-2 feet high, didn’t feel as clean as it should have- night stands in master bedroom were dirty, floors could have been cleaner
