Pool – Do not touch pool equipment (pump or heater). Contact the host if issues arise.
Late Checkout – Minimum $150 fee after 11:00 AM unless approved in advance.
Child Safety – Not childproofed. Children must be supervised at all times.
Cleaning & TVs – No daily cleaning. All TVs are ROKU Smart TVs (no cable).
Smoking – 100% smoke-free property. No smoking or marijuana allowed, inside or outside.
Parties – Absolutely no parties.
Noise Policy – If police are called due to noise or disturbances, a $500 minimum fee applies, and the reservation will be canceled without refund.
Events – Allowed only with prior host approval (baby showers, birthdays, etc.). Guest count must be provided in advance. Event pricing may vary. Minimum 2-night stay required. (No teenage parties.)
