Kid Friendly Surrey House with Backyard

Spacious 3-bedroom home in a quiet Surrey neighbourhood, just 30-40 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Whether you're here for a family trip, the World Cup, a getaway with friends, or just need a comfortable base for exploring the region, this place has you covered.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking appliances. Make use of the spices. Coffee grinder and beans are provided, along with a drip coffee maker and Bambino Espresso machine.

Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms, all on the second floor: a king bed in the primary, a double in the second bedroom, and two singles (bunk bed) in the third. A kid’s ‘Nugget couch; offers an extra sleeping option suitable for kids. Pack and play for a little one if you need it. Master bedroom has attached shower and bathroom. Bed linens are provided for all beds.

Living Rooms
The main floor has two main living spaces. The kitchen is open to the living room with a kids play area. In the other room is the TV room and dining area.

Exterior
Guests have full access to the backyard. It is a great play area for kids – small basketball hoop, balls, monster trucks, ‘mud kitchen,’ and small soccer nets. In the summer months we usually have a small vegetable garden and you can help yourself to some herbs or salad greens.

Parking
There is space in the driveway for two cars to park.

The Neighbourhood
Surrey puts you within easy reach of downtown Vancouver (~30 min) without the downtown price tag or parking headaches. You're close to lots of parks and restaurants and in walking distance of grocery stores and coffee shops.

Travelling With Kids
We've got you. The house comes stocked with indoor toys, backyard toys, a pack and play, a high chair, and kids plates/utensils.
