Stayed Jul 19, 2025House was as described and had a good layout with updated baths and kitchen. Beach was very close and the channel and pool gave us lots of options for the 5 kids. Fire pit with s’mores was a big hit. Very hot during our stay and the main gathering area and downstairs bedrooms stayed cool. The kitchen and upstairs bedrooms were pretty warm most of the time. Everything worked except the grill which really needs some TLC. Had to cook in kitchen which was already pretty warm. Overall great place.
