Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely love this place the location is perfect. The beach is not difficult to get to so many homes I have rented in the past have said oceanfront and you feel like you have to walk a football field to get there or climb over dunes. You do not do this here. Home is well maintained. I guess if I had one complaint, I paid for early check-in and it was not ready at 1:00 we waited till about 2:30 but with that being said, I’ve already pre-registered for next year love it!! 😊

You can see the ocean from every window! The kitchen is well stocked! We usually stay in the house next door and found this house far superior ! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!!!!

We especially enjoyed the high top table and chairs at the end of the deck -- lots of time in the evenings spent there. We have rented this house off and on for a number of years and will continue to do so.

My (now) wife and I stayed here with family after getting married a short distance away on the Kitty Hawk Pier - and Katmandunes was nothing short of spectacular! Check-in was easy, folks are friendly, and the house had everything we needed and wanted to have a relaxing week after a dizzying few days. We love this house and especially the spacious deck for hanging out and watching the sunrise.

Great time at this beach house for our family of 7 including kids and grandparents. Well stocked kitchen, BEAUTIFUL views of the water. Management company was great to work with.
