The place is clean, well laid out, and has fantastic views of the ocean from the main floor and both upstairs bedrooms. Enjoyed our stay!

I did not like the fact You had to pay another $200 just to get linens. I felt like that should’ve been included, but the view was spectacular and the house was gorgeous. I feel like that it could’ve been a little more clean than what it was but overall, we did have a good vacation.

Great location and comfortable accommodations, better bring your own pillows! Kitchen is okay, fine for breakfast and lunch.

The location of this house is awesome. The kitchen is stocked well. The property is not well maintained. The oven door handle was broken, the paint and drywall in the house was desperately in need of repair and paint. Many power outlets and a few lights in the house didn’t worm. The house wasn’t cleaned very well. The house didn’t come with any bed sheets, or towels and washcloths. The rug in the living room had a big footprint stain on it. The kitchen table has a sticky finish that you can’t clean off of it. The A/C could not keep up on the one hot day we had. The back porch rail going down the stairs was loose and dangerous to my elderly mother. For the price of this house, it should have been in great condition, but sadly it was not.
