Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week in the house. Maintenance was called for no hot water, no lie, he was there in 3 minutes. Replaced hot water heater. Awesome front covered porch. House was clean but the floors need a good scrub. Our feet were very black every night from the floor. Didn't let it bother us. Would stay again next visit.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The house was bright, clean and comfortable. It was a treat to hear and watch the ocean from the front porch. Wonderful location and very well kept property. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for having us!

The path across the street tot the ocean is no longer open but there is ocean access a block away.

However we thought we was without a washer and dryer for a day till we discovered the key to the down stairs with the fly swatter. Things were clean and organized. The only thing that was off was we thought we was going to get a gift from the owner for booking a week stay. We ate out at Dare devils pizza and shopped for gifts in all the local shops. walked every day on the beach and did some fishing. But no fish was caught. We did not want to go home yet ! The week went to fast !

You can see the waves between the houses on the beach and hear them. House is basic but fine. Well stocked kitchen. Carolina Shores was extremely accommodating. I really like the location. Really enjoyed our time there!

The decks are perfect for sunrise and sunset views. I did email Carolina Shores to notify of sightings of roaches in the morning and I never got a response. The house was clean but we found it bothersome.

Its a great house. Brand new floors and kitchen. Had great kitchen supplies. Location is midpoint between beach access so tough if u have mobility issues. We loved it. Would recommend renting directly from Carolina Shores. It may be less expensive.

The home was exactly what we needed.
