There's also a large covered screened porch with mexican tiles, outdoor furniture, fan and TV for entertainment. Walk inside and you'll find an open concept with all new kitchen appliances, a large counter top bar style that leads to a spacious living room with a 65 TV, a sectional couch and a sofa bed for 2 and a double-wide barn door that opens up to a bedroom. Bedroom 1 has double french doors that lead to the patio with a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (top bed is a twin while the bottom is a full size). Centrally located within walking distance from marina, water park, community park, Café, restaurant, bars, seafood market, sunrise/sunsets, farmacies, diving shops, convenience store, water sports rentals, etc... Short drive to John Pennekamp State Park Marine Sanctuary and fishing capital of the world Islamorada. The town of Port Largo is a family oriented neighborhood and one of the most sought out locations in Key Largo. It has its own private marina with a boat ramp, dockage, bbq grill, cabana, fishing and beach area.
