Stayed Feb 1, 2025Located in a nice neighborhood, the house offers lots of space. The seashell display, which were found on Sanibel, were amazing!!! Everything was PERFECT with just some very minor exceptions. Living room furnishings were a bit worn but that's to be excepted for a pet friendly rental. Also, the noseeyums were troublesome on the entire island Bug spray and cotronella candles/incense stickd helped! a pet friendly rental rental. friendly

Stayed Jan 1, 2025The home is very nice and is well appointed with everything you could need to enjoy your stay in Sanibel. It is a fairly good walk to the beach but there is a place you can park to make the walk much less taxing. We had some problems with the pool and were surprised at how little information was provided about the property at check in but Rollens did their best to make things right and after a few days we were in pretty good shape.We had family visit us at different times during the month and everyone enjoyed the wonderful outside and inside seating areas and we also enjoyed preparing food on the grill and the great indoor kitchen.
