Key Largo Waterfront Paradise

Can't beat the location and sunsets! Absolute perfection every day! Be prepared for the restaurant next door as they serve breakfast and things start early there. The food on both sides is great. As is the daily live music. There is currently no water at the end of the dock. If you are bringing your boat, you should be aware of that.

Overall, the house is nice but needs a really good refresh. The view and location are great and worth it. The towels, linens, beds all in need of upgrading. Communication and listing accuracy could use some clarity. Understand that there are two separate houses on the property, the other was not rented while we were there, but the house we were in is on two separate floors that are not connected with two bed on the second floor and 3 on the third floor. This property could be so much more than it is with a little investment, but was a nice stay overall.

We have been coming to the keys for over 30 years every year. We have rented many different condos/houses. This place is my overall favorite place. You can tell it is very well maintained.

We enjoyed the central location within walking distance to Cuban coffee house for morning Colada, restaurants, walking path along hwy to other places south of house, easy drives to anything else you’d like to do! House was two separate apartments that worked great for our family. Unbelievable sunsets! Waterfront isn’t great for swimming, but the pool is nice. It was too cold for us to use it during our visit.

The dwelling has beautiful waterfront views and is central to many amenities (groceries, restaurants, tourist activities). Plenty of hot water and the AC unit worked great. Furnishings and bedding were serviceable. When the VRBO link for driving directions/check in were nonfunctional, the owner did pick up the call the first attempt and provided clear instructions.

We were a little hesitant upon booking as it is so close to 2 restaurants and we’re worried about noise. But it was the perfect location. We were able to enjoy live music (not loud and not late) while enjoying drinks on our patio. Views were amazing. Kids fished and swam off pier. It all worked out great. Clean place and owner was really nice. Could not have been better!

House was spacious and as described. Private dock and pool were both very nice. 5 queen beds and 4 bathrooms were great for up to 10 people!! Both stories had a washer and dryer. Just note that there were no seasonings, cooking spray, extra toilet paper or paper towels so plan on picking that stuff up when you arrive.

This property is beautiful and well maintained. If you’re looking for quiet and all day fishing, this place is not for you. There is lots of traffic in the water all around you. If you’re looking for night life and excitement, you’re in the right place. Beautiful sunsets every night with light breezes and glass top waters. I’m looking forward to vacationing here again
