Key Largo Three Level Townhouse on the Ocean Side, great amenities and two pools

The house was comfortable and well-stocked, and Raul was very communicative and helpful. We loved the pools and lagoon! Only downside was the larger pool was closed most of our stay, but with young kids the small pool was fine too. One of the best-stocked places we’ve stayed, with kid items, kitchen basics like oil and spices, cookware and beach/pool supplies.

We loved staying here! Great spot for young kids, although a lot of stairs for our 2 year old. We loved the proximity to the playground, pool and lagoon. Snorkeling with the fish in the lagoon was a lot of fun. Great fishing at the ocean. While we were there it was very windy, but thankfully the condos provide protection from the wind. Thanks for a great stay!

Great property; thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved the pool, it was heated - nice and warm even if it was cool outside. Area was safe, and quiet. The layout of the townhouse was a bit odd and not super convenient for families with young kids. The 2 twin beds bedroom was in the lowest level, level 1 - while the master was in level 3 top floor - so it was a lot of steps to get from 1st floor to 3rd floor. And if you have young kids, not ideal. Upstairs bedroom 2 with 2 double beds, the beds were very very comfortable!!!! Master bed was also comfy but the double beds were by far the best! Air conditioning worked well everywhere, and everything else worked well and was as described / pictured. Short walk to the ocean for fishing (not swimming) not a great swimming beach in this area. I would recommend staying closer to Marathon/ Islamorada, to save on lots of driving if you plan to do things in that area or want a nice beach to swim at. But the price was right for this place.We loved the kitchen and living space, very comfy and spacious for our family of 5.

If going to Key Largo stay here! Worry free. Lots to do. Nice and clean. Great place..made lots of good memories. Good for family gatherings.

Townhouse was great, fully stocked. The beach access was a short walk or 2 small pools to choose from with lagoon. Walked to Key Largo Fisheries restaurant for dinner. Host was very responsive and we had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Location was great with a nice walking area around campus, beach area to watch sunrise/sunsets and a pool for relaxing. Was perfect driving distance for many local restaurants, bars, state park and a day trip to Key West.

Great condo for girls trip. Excellent location and amenities! Raul was quick to respond and drop off heaters when we learned the heat wasn’t working. Would love to return someday!

Loved the space and the yacht club had a lot to do. Swimming, fishing, salt water lagoon, bikes. Pet friendly.

This property was great for our family of 7. One bed was screeching a little. The bedroom in the lower level was a little tight for two beds. It would be great if the 3 bathrooms have ventilation. Communication, and the location were great. We liked the lagoon and jetty very much. It's also close to boat rental facilities.

Great beach upgrade of this condo. With three levels there was plenty of room and privacy for any who desired to. My girls, wife and I were quite comfortable upstairs while my brother in law stayed downstairs. Three showers was a big plus as we were in the ocean every day. Kitchen had just about everything we needed and my wife appreciated the puzzles. Thank you Raul.

Home was very welcoming, clean, and had everything you could need for a weekend in the Keys (towels, sunscreen, few chairs, plenty of cooking supplies, more than the kitchen necessities, blankets etc.) The neighborhood was pretty and very safe. Walk to the jetty was pleasant, but be prepared for mosquitos anywhere on property near the lagoon.

Overall the condo was great. We all had a great time. Beds are comfortable and lots to do on property. Very quiet. The condo was clean - the TVs were great.. had everything you need for the kitchen. The only thing I can think of to upgrade the condo is that it time for new carpets. We would stay there again.

The unit was nice but the rugs were filthy! Had a baby and we were afraid to let him crawl. The outlets in the house some were not working. Unit was supposed to come with a high chair and an iron neither of which could be found. Great location and lovely neighbors.

Perfect location for friends to attend a neighbor's wedding in the upper Keys!

We really enjoyed our stay in Raul's house. We had kids from 5 to 10 and having the playground in front of the house was very appreciated. Swimming pool is also very close. The house is great, Raul is very reactive, I recommend !

We really enjoyed our time in the property. It was nice to have the main floor as our central hang out location but then the ability to have bedrooms on the top and bottom floors. The home had everything we needed.

The property was perfect for us. We were doing a senior trip for my grandson who lives in Michigan. We had a wonderful week. A balance of activities and rest moved us through our week and having such a great place to stay made it perfect. This is the first time I have rented a Vrbo and I will certainly do it again.

The rental has lots of room. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The ocean was a minute walk. The pool was outside the door. People were friendly. Decorated beautifully.

Condo is typical rental where owners have put just enough into it to be clean and acceptable. Cheap vinyl flooring...etc cheapens the feel of the place but it was ok. Location is fine too but you're looking straight into playground and parking lot with pickleball in distance. Fine but just ok

The host went above and beyond to make our stay great! The community is secure, there are terrific amenities, and the nearby Cuban coffee and eateries offered so many options!

Loved this condo and area. Beautiful all around. Grounds are lovely , sunsets at marina spectacular. The condo was comfortable and spacious. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Lovely owner , very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

We loved staying here during our visit to the keys!! We traveled with grandchildren (teenagers) and the set up was perfect for our group!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Raul's property. We had plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials we needed as well. Raul was kind and responsive. The grounds are beautiful, our children enjoyed paddle boarding and snorkeling in the lagoon and they spent hours at the sandy playground right outside our back door. We would definitely return!

Clean, roomy, and safe beach Condo. Great neighborhood with lots to do and/or relax. Pools, lagoon full if fish to feed and swim with. Also nice peaceful beautiful beach with Jetty to fish from.

This property was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, nice family area and loved the balconies. Close to the pool, lagoon and tennis courts. Host was great and very responsive! One thing to note is the linens all had a strong laundry scent.. so if your sensitive to that, take note.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was spotlessly clean, and the check-in process couldn’t have been easier. It’s a great spot for a group, with amenities and layout that cater well to kids (we had an 11 and 13 year old with us) and middle-aged adults alike (the 3-stories would likely be difficult for the majority of older adults as kitchen is on 2nd level and all sleeping arrangements are on 1st and 3rd levels). That said, a couple of small improvements would really elevate the experience. While we appreciated that toiletries were provided, each bathroom only had one item (shampoo, conditioner, or body wash) rather than a full set, which made it a bit tricky for everyone. We ended up running out to CVS (very close nearby) to purchase what was needed. Adding all three toiletries to each bathroom would be much more convenient for guests. Also, while the A/C worked VERY well, the bedrooms would benefit from ceiling fans. The A/C kept things very cool when on, but when we turned it off, the rooms became a bit stuffy—especially since it was too hot and humid outside to comfortably open the windows or sliding doors. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. With these small adjustments, it would truly be perfect!

Booked to escape Hurricane Milton and needed flexibility from the host. Raul was terrific and accommodating. We will return under less stressful circumstances.

This place is amazing! The space ( 3 floors) was awesome with teens. The house was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. There was beach stuff, bikes, and extra towels and bedding. The property grounds are amazing and definitely worth a bike ride around. We spent every morning watching the sun come up. The point is a short walk from the house. We loved the bikes. Bring mask and snorkel to enjoy the lagoon. It was beautiful. Something fun to look out for is the iguanas hanging out in trees. They are harmless and so cool to see. Thanks for an amazing place to stay. We will definitely be back.

The location is perfect and the place is very comfortable

Very pleased with the overall experience. From the pristine manicured grounds..Clean pool area… private sandy peninsula jutting in to the ocean. Fire pits.. Tiki huts … and that’s not all. The 3 storied property I reserved for my family was perfect. Very CLEAN .. comfy beds… A/C icy. Was hard to leave . Will most likely make this a yearly get together. 5 star experience.
