Stayed Jul 1, 2023Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is great, but the owners need to invest in maintenance. Pool has huge chips in pool finish, spiral staircase is cracked, deck boards on deck /dock are completely loose, there is a huge anchor near the dock that is rusting away...looks cool but the sharp edges protruding at toe level is very dangerous. We had AC issues and Ant / Roach issues....The property management company was prompt and helpful in remedying the AC and bug issues. I stayed in this home about 10 years ago and had some great expectations as the way I remembered it....I don't think they have fixed or done anything in 10 years.

Would rent again but not at the new price due to so many maintenance issues. Can be tolerated at the appropriate price but for the new price I would expect an updated cleaner property.

Great location and nice house on the water with a pool. Our only complaints were the master bath toilet wasn't working properly and there were bugs on the first level. An exterminator visited the house and took care of the bugs, but would have been nice if that was done before our trip.
