    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very much enjoyed the house with its modern furnishings and layout. The house location was excellent and provided easy access to the Gulf or Atlantic for fishing. Dockage for my 34' center console catamaran was adequate after purchasing some large fenders to protect the vertical hull sides from the concrete seawall. A metal projection from the seawall (flag pole holder) had to be considered when docking due to the possibility of impacting it when coming along side the seawall. The fish cleaning station was ok but was located at the stern of the boat due to available dockage space that was restricted by placement of the owner's boat lift. This required lots of extra cleaning on the boat due to fish cleaning debris being washed onto the boat. Purchased a 7 cuft outside freezer for storage of bait and ice which was a great addition to the property - and left it for the owner and future guests. One negative to the rental was dealing with an ongoing driveway extension project for 26 days of my 30-day stay. When I arrived at the house at the beginning of my vacation (Sunday, 6/1), the driveway transition from the gate to the main asphalt road had been dug-out 4 inches in preparation for paver installation. This provided a significant drop then rise when pulling into the driveway. It was not a problem for my F250 truck but frustrated my wife in her small Kia as she felt it may damage the vehicle alignment. It also turned into a big mud puddle after every rain and impacted foot access to the roadway. We were not informed of the construction project by Property Mgmt or the owner prior to my stay and was never offered consideration for having to deal with vehicle access issues, large deep water trap after rains, and large amount of dust/dirt from the unfinished surface. Could have been handled much better with proactive communications and some acknowledgement of impact to the 30-day vacation.
