Our charming 4-bedroom, 2-bath farmhouse is nestled among the vineyards just minutes from downtown Hammondsport and the shores of Keuka Lake. This spacious retreat offers comfort and convenience with two full kitchens - one on each floor - making it ideal for groups or multi-family getaways exploring the Finger Lakes wine region.

Sleeping arrangements:

️ Bedroom 3 (Second floor) – Two Queen beds
️ Bedroom 4 (Second floor) – Two Twin beds

The main kitchen and cozy living room are on the first floor, perfect for gathering, playing cards, or enjoying a movie night on the Roku TV to access to your favorite streaming services and cable. Upstairs, a second full kitchen adds flexibility for larger groups. Each floor includes a full bathroom with a tub, and the downstairs bath also offers laundry and detergent for your convenience.

Outdoors, enjoy dining al fresco at two picnic tables under lights strung between our beautiful mature trees. The backyard game cabana and fire pit are guest favorites - complete with air hockey, darts, and foosball to name a few. Firewood is provided, so you can relax under the stars at your private fire pit, surrounded by peaceful vineyards.

The entire home and property are for guest use. The basement is locked for storage and cleaning supplies.
