Located close to downtown Ketchum, this 2-story A-Frame style cottage will sleep up to 6 guests. This cottage has so much to offer! This home has a fenced yard, is within walking distance to shopping and dining, and is pet-friendly.

On the main level is the living room with a gas fireplace, sitting area, and dining table that seats 6. There is access to the backyard and patio area, offering a gas BBQ and plenty of seating toenjoy the fire pit. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 barstools at the counter. One of the 2 bathrooms is located on this level with a single sink vanity and a combination shower/tub. There is a stacked washer/dryer in a hallway closet off the bathroom.

On the upper level is the family room with a 55-inch flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. There are high ceilings, a ceiling fan, and large windows for great light and mountain views. There is access to the deck area with a private hot tub and the rest of the fenced yard. There is a built-in desk to offer a great workspace. The primary bedroom off the living area has a Queen bed and a large walk-in closet. There is access to the side yard and hot tub from an exterior door in this room. The hallway full-size bath has a single sink vanity and a shower. Up the spiral staircase is a large loft with a Queen bed and two twin-size beds (not pictured).

One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $120.

Please note: This home is available during the Main Street construction project! Enjoy reduced rates and extra quiet evenings with reduced traffic due to the detour. There will be construction noise during the day, but it ends by 5 pm, and there is no Southbound traffic in front of the home.

This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

    This is a great spot close to town and the mountain. It is spacious, clean and has everything one needs for a great stay. We visited during the winter, but the back patio would be especially fun in the summer.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location worked great for our visit with convenient access to downtown. The driveway is better for smaller vehicles and access is directly off of a very busy Hwy 95 during peak times. The character of the house has some charming characteristics, but not well maintained. The home has a staircase and a spiral staircase with additional single step ups and downs on each floor. Windows, door handles and latches need repair and updates to work properly.

    Very clean place to stay, with all the amenities you could ask for. The unit is just off the main road, nestled in amongst the trees, with the privacy fencing, you can hardly tell you have neighbors. Zero noise heard from inside. Conveniently located just before town, walking distance if you wanted. Great view of the one mountain. Check-in and check-out convenient and easy (even after hours).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay and had plenty of room for all 5 of us. Everything was great and very clean. The downside was that we were there when it was hot and smoky due to wildfires. Did miss an air conditioner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Happy with the location other than the noise coming off Main Street. Wish the yard would have been mowed, the gate would have latched. Several windows were missing screens, hardware was inoperable and/or broken. Plenty of inside space. Good price for location.

    Myself, wife, and 3 kids stayed here for the Presidents’ Day weekend. We loved staying in the Ketchum cottage! It was such a cozy fun place for our family to stay that was close to skiing and close to town. The cottage itself was great; it was well supplied, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was great, it was clean, and plenty of space for us. My kids liked it so much they would like to come here next year for a ski vacation; we might just do that!

The location is fantastic, being very close to Baldy parking (~2min) as well at the downtown strip for nighttime entertainment. The cottage was very roomy with a nicely appointed kitchen. There are two separate common spaces on each the first and second floor for lounging. Two full bathrooms. Our group also loved the uniqueness and character of the cottage. Thanks for the great stay.
