This house was so perfect for our needs. Two king bedrooms on the second floor each had bunk rooms attached for the kids. Plus another king room on the first floor. The rooftop deck was magical for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Kitchen was great for cooking meals and the ice maker was so clutch. Everything by was very clean and plenty of towels in each bathroom. Beds and pillows were a little hard and uncomfortable and some throw blankets in the living room would have been nice. Overall though a 10/10, will definitely be staying there again.

We had a great time at the beach Memorial Day week. The house is lovely and fit our family of grandparents and two families with 6 grandchildren! The kitchen is VERY well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The location is great for access to the pool and the beach. NOTE: there is a house under construction next door which made for a lot of noise during the day and issues with parking and the overall flow of traffic on the one way street around the pool. It looks to be close to being finished but not sure about that. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay!

We loved Keri Hill South!! The layout was perfect for 3 couples and 2 sets of kids. The kitchen was spacious and provided everything we needed. The roof deck is amazing, I’d live at this house if I could. The pool being right outside the front door was so nice and convenient. Not a bad walk to the beach either. The mattresses were a little firm for my liking but that’s the only compliant I have and it’s a bougie complaint. Beautiful home, hope we can return there next year!

We traveled (all nine of us- two families) to this beautiful beach house to enjoy a week at one of our favorite places on Earth! We are VRBO owners of a Texas lake house and are very picky about our accommodations ! The house was gorgeous; very well appointed decor, fun art and great shared spaces. The master bedroom beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds, corn hole and the quick beach access. The kitchen was well equipped with a separate ice maker that made tons of ice and was great for making blended cocktails and keeping our drinks cold. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and a nice starter toiletry kit (bring extras cleaners for your stay though). The washer and dryer worked great and were put to great use for all the changes of clothes and beach towels! The living room was so comfy and everyone had a place to relax when we had movie night. We loved sunrise, sunsets and star gazing on the fourth level, and the amazing breeze with a cocktail in hand. The beach was so close, the pool just steps away and 30A access was very close. A great central location between Rosemary and Seaside. We enjoyed the house and had a great trip!

The Home is absolutely beautiful. The views from the top 2 decks are stunning. We had a problem with the internet but Scenic Stays were very quick to help remedy it. Our biggest complaint is the entire neighborhood has now gone to a magnetic fob to access both the pool and the beach gate. This wouldn’t be a problem if they provided enough fobs for everyone ( at least the adults ) however they only provide 2 or 3 fobs per home which becomes a real problem for larger parties especially for the beach gate since you can’t access in or out without the fob. So you either have to call someone to come let you in the gate if you want to stay longer on the beach or you go stand at the gate and wait for some other homes guest with a fob to open the gate and let a long line of people waiting. It is extremely inconvenient. Homeowners in this area need to re think this. Otherwise this home is absolutely one of the best!

The home is absolutely beautiful with stunning views from the 2 top decks. Scenic Stays were great to work with, we had a slight problem with the internet upon arrival but they worked with us to get it going quickly. The only bad thing I can say is the entire neighborhood has now gone to a magnetized Fob to get into the pool area and the beach walk over. This would be fine if they provided enough fobs for every adult the house sleeps, however, each home apparently only has 3 or less fobs. When your party is 10 or more people this presents a big problem especially for the beach walkover. You can’t access in or out without a fob so whoever has the fob must either come let you in the gate, stay with you on the beach or you go stand at the gate until some other guest that has fob opens it and let’s everyone through. It is very inconvenient for the guests. Other wise the home is absolutely 5 stars!

It’s the little things that separate 4.5 from 5.0 stars.. Working Dishwasher, working hot water, cleaning crew that doesn’t try and hide previous damage..

We had the best time at the KeriHill South property. The beach is about a 2min walk away and the pool is right outside. Pool closes at 10pm so there were no noise issues. Everything at the property was in excellent condition and there were tons of extra beach toys/umbrellas etc. The rooftop is definitely the best feature; the views of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets were unforgettable. We will definitely be back in the future.

Great house for 3 families. Second floor has 4 twin Bunks in hallway leading to large master room and to upper deck, better for bigger kids. 4 twin Bunks in small bunk room adjoins bathroom to master with closing barn door, better for littles. Nice living space among 2 masters and bunk rooms on second floor with additional full bathroom. Lots of TVs, although the 3rd floor outdoor tv did not work. Rooftop open deck amazing for sunrise and nightcaps! First floor master is huge! Kitchen and family room very large and great for gathering. Only one refrigerator was limiting. Drink fridge in first floor laundry helped a lot. Ice making machine in kitchen was a must and was flawless. Outdoor spaces were fantastic. Shaded Decking in front and side, second floor decking front and side both facing East, third floor covered deck with chairs and fan, bar, sink, drink fridge and ice machine facing west AND fourth floor open deck with 6 chairs, perfect for adults who can’t leave house (littles finally in bed) but want to be in touch with the beach and waves. Great views! Parking was ample and we used the brick paved parking space for kids play in afternoon bc shaded by house. Large parking spot size sand box next to house. Fantastic for littles to play in the sand. Pool access 30 feet away but with gate code so littles had to be with a parent to get in. Has spots to sit on ledge for adults to relax and steps across the front for littles to play. Shady pool thanks to the palm trees and house shade. Nice to relax after day at beach or in between beach visits. Easy to connect with those in house because they are so close. Publix is 12 minutes away and fish markets in both directions. Great setup! Gas grill out back to prepare dinners, property mgmt sent a new tank right away. Finally shower out back to wash beach away and hose up front to rinse feet and toys. Property mgmt sent emails in advance with info portal. A few cons: beds not comfy. Especially bunk beds-foam Mattresses, only 2 Kitchen towels provided an no extra supplies after asking propriety service, unit was not locked and no access code was sent as promised by property mgmt service via welcome texts sent prior to arrival. we waited for a supervisor to come assess property for cleaning that never came-good thing the cleaning company left the house open. We ended up getting code from maintenance man sent to fix tv 2 days later so we could lock house up. Third floor TV never worked.

We loved this property!! It worked for our family !! Beautiful decor. Loved the top open deck in the evening!! It is listed as 5 bedrooms.. but it’s really 3.bedrooms . and 1 walk thru bunk room and 1 bunk room closet size room connected to a bathroom and bedroom. It is great for families with children … but not really for many couples… The location to the beach is great and the pool out the front door! We would love to return !!
