NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or rowdy behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

    Fantastic location walking distance to the foreshore in Dunsborough and to the shops and cafes. But still felt leafy and peaceful sitting in the balcony enjoying a cup of tea. It accommodated five adults very comfortably .

    Property was as described and suited us well. Location was excellent. Master bedroom was lovely and huge. Room with double bed is small but cozy, king single beds are huge and according to my son comfortable. There was some water pipe noise (high pitched whistling noise) which was annoying, especially when using the dishwasher (hint don’t put dishwasher on before going to bed). Neighbours next door could be heard especially going up and down their stairs, other than that an enjoyable stay. thank you

    we loved the location so close to the beach and shopping hub, loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. the unit was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, kitchen and pantry staples supplied. My only complaint was the courtyard as you walked in was not very appealing very lack lustre, I would rate it 9/10 :)

    Location was great! Was only a short walk to the town centre, making shopping and dining out a pleasure. The beach was just across the road as well. The home was neat and tidy. Management was easy to communicate with and flexible.

    What's not to like about house that's less than 100 metres from the beach, parks, restaurants, & a pub. Overall a great house for our party of 6, a little cramped in the double king size bedroom - (beds had been turned around from the picture on the website). The main bathroom needs a refresh as its a bit dated - but the shower was good, as was the downstairs shower. Ideally situated for walks on the beach, into town, around the parks etc, and of course Dunsborough is fantastic for vists around the SW region. Thanks to Davinia Property Manager for all her assistance.
