Stayed Jun 7, 2025Wonderful property for a family vacation. 2 families of 4 and grandma all fit comfortably in this well appointed house. LOVED that all the beach items and water toys were available and didn’t have to pack beach chairs/toys/etc. The kids (and parents too) had a blast swimming in the canal and fishing and kayaking right at the house.There was a minor issue with the dishwasher not draining. As far as the listing, the fishing kayaks had some damage so we weren’t able to use them and the bottom area by the canal is no longer fenced and gated as shown in the photos.Communication with the owner was great, she was extremely kind and quick to respond. We’d happily stay here again for our annual family beach vacay.

Stayed Apr 16, 2025The location was perfect, the house was perfect, we had a perfect vacation! We loved how the house had everything we could have possibly needed. The teenagers loved the paddle boards and we even caught some fish and crab!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025My family and I absolutely loved this property! The house was perfectly spotless and clean perfectly unlike some other homes we have stayed in. My 3 and 5 year old loved kayaking up and down the canal with us! We would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to make fun memories!

Stayed Dec 31, 2024We loved our stay in this Jamaica Beach getaway. We enjoyed the large living area and well-equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax. The couch has a special ability to lull you into wonderful naps. The kids had a special visit with their grandmother and also enjoyed some winter kayaking in the canal. This is a great place for a family get together. Highly recommend. Owner is very attentive and friendly!

Stayed Dec 27, 2024The house is beautiful. In a mostly quiet location. (There was some construction going on in the neighborhood and occasionally dogs barking but not ruining the stay at all). It was comfortable and roomy. There were some cosmetic things like aged deck boards and the palm in the driveway could be trimmed. The dishwasher was our biggest trouble with not draining all the water at the end of cycle. Communication with the host was great.We had a lovely time and would stay there again.

Stayed Nov 13, 2024What a wonderful rental! It's gorgeous, very spacious, and on the water. The deck is to die for: it's covered with ceiling fans and lots of comfortable places to sit. Jennifer made check in so easy and was extremely responsive to anything we needed. The kitchen had everything you needed, and they thought of everything, like labeling the light switched. We loved staying here and appreciate you sharing your beautiful home with us!

Stayed Aug 23, 2024The Fam and I planned a weekend away for my mom’s 70+ birthday and were extremely comfortable here. The hospitality (via text) was thoughtful and accommodating. We planned for a relaxing, fishing weekend to be able to relax on the patios while the kids casually fished.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, and well stocked. There were tons of cozy touches, which made our stay more enjoyable. The house has comfortable beds, pillows, and a great kitchen. We especially enjoyed the porch, and the view of the Bay. The kids loved fishing from the pier. Thank you!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024I loved my stay here! it was so clean and so well stocked in the kitchen. Beds very comfortable! We had so much fun on the deck, so many water toys. we caught 10 crab in traps. the area around the deck, had many chairs and a tv outside. the water area was nice to get in and clean. We didn't even make it out to the beach because we had so much fun in the canal. Truly an amazing rental. Thanks so much :)

Stayed Jun 21, 2024We celebrated my husband’s 70th birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better house to celebrate in. The amenities were amazing with so many things for not only us but the kids as well. Location is perfect and the house had more than we expected. Great place and we highly recommend you try it for your next getaway in Jamaica Beach! Owners are amazing to work with and truly care!
