Kayaks & Boat Dock: Lakeside Hot Springs Retreat

Very nice, comfortable home. -Three levels: top floor with a huge bedroom and loft area with sofa and poker table. No bathroom up there so you'll have to use a half bath on the main level off the kitchen in the laundry room. There's also the master bathroom on the main level (through the master bedroom off the the living room). Downstairs has a large living room, bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom. It was like a private retreat for our daughter, husband and their baby. -The kitchen was well stocked (coffee, tea, spices, crockpot, lots of pots and pans, etc.) The table was huge and we played board games (provided at the house) and put together puzzles while we ate. -No fireplace on the main level but there was a fun, electric fire that we could turn on. -The beds were very comfortable. -We were there in December so we didn't go down to the lake. It was very steep, as the reviews stated. -Large 2 car garage that we were able to use to park. -Lastly, this home is in the Village which has only two gates for guests to enter. It's about a 35 minute drive to downtown Hot Springs so, if that's your main reason for visiting, you may want to stay closer to town. There are restaurants in the Village and a grocery store just outside the gates so you don't have to drive far if you want to stay near the house.

It was absolutely gorgeous. The house had so much space and games for the family to play. Came in handy since it rained most of our stay. The steep hill down to the water made me definitely decide to not go back down to water more than once but it was overall a great place to stay. There was 4 adults and 5 kids ages 11-17 and there was plenty of space and loved each floor had a hang space its was nice.

Well equipped home. Great location

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect for our family, we had our 3 sons and their girlfriends and had plenty of room for everyone. The only draw back was how hard it was to get to the water. It’s a very steep slope. But overall it was wonderful and we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful property! Very clean and it included bathroom amenities. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and spices! Very quiet and relaxing. Great space for families with amazing views.

We had a great time. The house had a great selection of movies and gmaes for all ages, and was well stocked with other items needed to make our stay comfortable. I will note that they aren't kidding about the hill going down to the dock/lake. It is steep!

Great place to recharge, quiet pretty & peaceful

Beautiful property in a wonderful neighborhood. House has everything you could ever want. Hosts have really thought of everything. The little community is fantastic. Only issue was at check in. Door code did not work. Could not get customer contact to answer and took three calls to Evolve before I got someone that didn’t hang up on me. The final representative I spoke to went above and beyond to get in touch with the owners and get us access to the property. That was the only hiccup. Rest of the stay was relaxing and much needed.

Relaxing Stay.. great location on the lake and a great view

The view was amazing from both outdoor patios. The house was very nice. Very pretty and clean. There was a lot of room for us to spread out or be in the same room at the same time. It would be nice to have a half bath on the upper level. The game rooms were well stocked. The lower level TV has limited channels but we connected to our own services. So nice to have the kayaks. The worst part of the stay was the VERY STEEP hill down to the pier. It was too steep for some of us. Also, only the front burners on the outdoor grill worked. The home is conveniently located near lots of activities at the village and in Hot Springs.

Overall the trip was good. The issue was the house had an A/C problem that was known but not communicating to us until the day of check in. Would have been nice to have been told that as soon as they knew.

We were so pleased with our stay. Such a clean and spacious home. Beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool by the clubhouse/golf course. The kitchen is stocked with what ever you need to cook. The only thing that is concerning is walk to the water. You definitely need to be in shape if you go down to the water. I walked diwn to drink my coffee in the morning but, the walk bak up is very strenuous. I do rate this place an A+. Thank you

Really enjoyed staying here. Did not have the hot tub that was listed on amenities, but really enjoy the quiet atmosphere, would highly recommend this place.

The size and layout of the house suited our needs well. It was nice to have the kyaks right there on the property. We enjoyed our family time together very much in Hot Springs Village.

We had a great time! The house was very clean, comfortable and we couldn't believe how well equipped the house was. The kitchen had everything, even sharp knives! Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice again well stocked. Hot Springs Village is beautiful but be prepared for steep and winding roads. We'll be back.
