Stayed Feb 29, 2020Tom was an excellent host. He communicated frequently and clearly before we got there on how to enter the building, and he came to show us how everything worked. The property is definitely a cabin, ideal for someone who is visiting on a fishing trip or who does not care about aesthetic appeal. It had a few things that weren’t clean: the refrigerator hadn’t been wiped out, and the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last visitor. Overall, however, we had a good stay.

Stayed Oct 13, 2025Front yard next to porch needs to cleaned up. Would improve outside appearence. Coffee pot has slow leak. Step downs in home should have signage. Neighborhood is quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025It was mostly ok but the bathroom was quite small and even with the 2 window AC units it stayed pretty warm everywhere in the house.

Stayed Mar 24, 2025Host was extremely accommodating to our particular long term stay needs. We have needed to extended our stay for the completion of our newly constructed home in the area. This property is convenient to downtown Wetumpka, and the River Walk was and is an excellent and safe area for a morning and evening walk. The residential washer and dryer, range with oven, and refrigerator made our lives during the interim stay so much easier. Thank you!

Stayed Mar 27, 2024Host did a wonderful job communicating throughout check in process. I was in town for my brother's graduation, and the house was in a perfect location, it was quiet, accommodating, and i was pleased that my dogs were able to make the trip with me. I highly recommend, and I would definitely stay again if I am back in the area.
