This property and home was beautiful and private, lovely lot. The mysterious tide was out when we arrived in the evening and back in the morning. There were so many fish jumping you could literally catch them with a net. It was a blast touring the beautiful island by golf cart had a blast will be back.

This home was the perfect location if you want quiet and right on the water! We paddled out everyday and fished, two minute drive into town. The home was very clean and welcoming! Perfect size for our family of 5!

House worked for us - clean and good AC. The ramp in the back next to the dock was great for launching kayaks. We planned our trips around the tide schedule. A dock and water source was helpful for rinsing fishing gear and kayaks.

The home is quite and spotless with everything you could want. We launched kayaks at the house and fished the flats. Fished off the dock at high tide. We launched kayaks from the beach and spent day on an island. Enjoyed the wildlife from the deck. Wonderful restaurants and cute shops to browse. Just a perfect vacation.

It was a nice property . Convenient to town. Only complaint is we could not get local channels on tv . Otherwise was a great stay. Also charcoal grill you should provide charcoal etc.

…are visible from this great property on a canal. All amenities, very clean with cheery decor. Watched ospreys in a nest across the canal, rode bikes into town most every day, paddled all over the place, took our fresh caught Redfish fillets to Steamers and Island Hotel who both do a great prep. Fantastic bird life out on the various keys and nightlife on Dock St./ Tiki Bar if you fancy it. Cedar Key is an ( almost) hidden gem and you won’t be sorry renting this house, in our humble opinion.

The house was very clean and well furnished for an enjoyable stay. Kitchen has everything you need, and the bed was comfortable. The water is hot! We kayaked every day and launching from the property was easy and very convenient. Be aware of tide times as the inlet will empty out at low tide. If you plan to self cater, make sure you take provisions in with you. Cedar key is very much a small island and there is no large supermarket. The house is great and we plan to return later this year for more kayaking/birdspotting/general relaxation.
