Kawama L4 - Upscale Oceanside Villa with Marina

We enjoyed the stay very much. The house was in a safe quiet neighborhood. Plenty of utensils and toiletry items were provided. Beach and Pier were a quick 5 minute walk from the townhome, which is a great place to relax. The only minuses were the small compact bathrooms with extremely small windows. However the bedrooms had no windows at all.

This place exceeded my expectations! A beautiful 3 story villa with a community pool, lagoon & nice outdoor area to relax. Bonfire area to relax near the ocean.

Worst experience ever with property owner. They gave us wrong address, wrong entry code which left us without a place to stay. Communication was worst I have ever experienced, left voicemails, texts, emails and owner was impossible to reach when we arrived at 5:30 pm and could not gain entry after having to find correct unit on our own. We evacuated our home in hurricane dorian and drove down to this unit with 2 small children and after all the stresses of that, we were then stuck without a place to stay at 5:30 pm. We called homeaway and they had to find us 3 hotel rooms last minute to ensure we had a place to sleep for at least one night. We went to the motel they found for us which was subpar smelled of mold and mildew and refused to stay there. So by 7:30 pm we had nowhere certain to stay, still heard nothing back from this owner and stressed beyond belief. My husband went into local restaurant to eat with tired and crying kids, while I sat in car on phone with homeaway for 1.5 hours trying to figure out where we would all end up for the night. Finally at 9 pm owner text to give correct unit number and door code! Exhausted, stressed and hungry I went in to join my family at restaurant and by the time we all made it to the unit and got in it was 10:30 pm.. My review of the unit was that it was good overall, needs new knives, more dishes, more seating in living room, better cleaning in bathrooms as nasty hair in vanity drawers, but overall was pleasant location and space.

This was the perfect spot for our visit to Key Largo! The place was incredibly clean and well appointed with modern furnishings and comfortable beds! We couldn’t find linens for the sofa bed but Fausto responded immediately… they were in the lounger end’s storage. What a great storage space! Thank you for providing such a thoughtfully designed space!!

This place had everything we needed! We had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

We had a great time we will definitely be coming back next year it's a great place comfortable quiet relaxing all the restaurants are right next to it it was a very great experience

Great place 100% recommend… but forget getting in contact with the host.. tried many times for questions about parking but never got a reply. over all easy, great place, would stay there again ! The place allows 2 parking spot per unit but they’re able to give us 3 at the gate! We had a total of 4 vehicles, one had to stay parked outside the community on the street

If you love climbing stairs, this unit is for you! Although the listing says it can sleep 10, I would say it can accommodate 10 and not really comfortably. It can easily sleep 6. While the unit was reasonably clean upstairs, the downstairs areas were below par. The downstairs couch smelled strongly of urine - it was essentially unusable. The downstairs AC unit had black mold in it, so we could not turn it on for the entirety of the trip. We had to put 3 in a bed downstairs because of the urine on the couch and because it was not safe for kids (or adults) to sleep with black mold spores blowing over them from the AC. The downstairs bathroom had urine all around the toilet - they did not do a good job cleaning the downstairs or maintaining the AC. There is not enough seating for 9 people to eat dinner together - we either had to stand or eat on the couch. If you bring a boat, the marina is a solid 10-minute walk. Otherwise, I would say the unit was OK, but our family of 9 was far too many for this size unit, especially since the downstairs living area was unusable. The stairs are not safe for little kids, or anyone with knee or back issues. I did reach out to the host regarding these issues. He responded to the first issue we had because we had 3 cars for 9 people, but after that he did not respond to the other issues that were brought to him via the app, text and phone calls. We believe we should be partially refunded.

Loved the unit and the whole property. Loved up to the hype!

The property was just as listed. The home was clean and had all of the amenities we had hoped for. The lagoon view was phenomenal! Each level has its own balcony and bathroom. We were very pleased with the location and gated entry. The community was quite with easy access to ocean views and just a short drive to so many great restaurants. We loved Georgies cafe in Islamorada, and i highly recommend Pinecrest Bakery! Overall we had an amazing time and look forward to returning soon.

This property was perfect in the heart of key largo with pool and ocean access. Had everything we need and even included two bikes! Great stay overall!
