Katherine’s Sandcastle On the Beach, Family Focused Home Layout

Dreamy little place RIGHT on the beach. The house itself isn't fancy--- but who cares? You aren't going to be spending much time inside when you are actual steps from the surf. Everything was clean, cozy and convenient. The huge room upstairs with 2 big beds, bunk beds and couch was CLUTCH for our extended family. Pool access right behind the house was a major plus!Only thing that would be sooooo great is if the lower porch was sealed up top so we could sit and watch the rainstorms. Otherwise, perfection!

Beautiful beach home with 6 steps to beach sand. The home is well maintained, air conditioning worked very well, and bedrooms accommodated 5 adults and three children very comfortably . The child bonus access room had bunk beds, and two additional queen beds, including a couch and plenty of space. Host provided excellent communication. Location was so close to shops, Donut Hole, and other walkable locations. Host provides additional umbrellas and chairs you can set up, which were very useful. Pool access is located directly behind home and is less that 20 seps from driveway. The garage was open, and allowed for one car to be protected from sun. Highly recommend this home!

For both our family and our furry kids, this was the PERFECT location for our vacation. Instead of worrying about walking to the beach and bringing everything with you, it was just 50 feet outside of our door all day every day. This property is private, quiet, serene and the water access was the best part by far. The 2nd floor balcony also provided awesome views of the beach and water and the entire place was extrememly comfortable and worked perfect for our needs. Great value compared to many other beachfront homes on 30a

We loved our time here! It was great walking directly out to the beach, and we also loved watching the waves from the deck when the weather hasn't great. House was great and had plenty of room for our group of 7 adults, 2 babies, and a dog. It's about a 15 minute drive to the main area of PCB, but there are other restaurants and shops much closer.

Excellent location on the beach.

We have stayed here for several years. We love it! It is perfect for our family vacations.

First off, if you want literally right on the beach this is it! We had a great stay, and the AC unit is ice cold. The only complaints (first world problems) is wished the bathrooms were bigger, just not enough counter top space. The host is excellent! There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and a kayak. The outer deck is wonderful, and 2 grills ready to go for cooking. I’d definitely come back. Some will say “it’s dated a bit”…..well a little but we weren’t here for a 5 star resort. Bottom line, if you have a big family or several and want right on the beach this is it.

There is something magical about this house. We've been here several times the past six years and each stay has been exactly as expected (although, to be fair, the first time exceeded our expectations). The updates are nice, although I miss the carpeted areas (I am not used to walking on stone all over the house).

We love the location of the house. It is perfect for all ages.
