We loved the home. It was very easy for 4 of us to be in. Very clean. Easy to navigate and my brother in law had walking difficulties, so that was nice. Lovely bathrooms.Kitchen had needed things for cooking. We would go there again.

Dave was an excellent host! He provided everything we need and shared places to eat and things to do!

We had a fantastic stay in Kanab! The house was great, with everything we needed! Plenty of space, very comfy beds, great location!! We spent our trip visiting the national parks, and were excited to come back to the house to relax in the hot tub and fix dinner! Thanks for a great place to stay!

What a gem! We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home and loved it! It had everything we would have hoped for including activities for the family and kiddos. It was a great location and beautifully decorated and setup. The host was super kind and easy to communicate with. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Overall our stay was great! A Clean home. And my youngest loved the hot tub and playground. I would say the location of the home with parking was a struggle when you have two trailers with three UTV's and a quad. However we loved the convivence of the 35 min drive to the dunes. Would stay again, without our toys.

Beautiful place with lots of room and well maintained. This place was perfect for our group with two Kings and 3 bathrooms. Very clean and close to shopping in the town of Kanab. Great hosts that were concerned about making our stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks!

This was the absolute PERFECT homebase for us on our trip. We planned to go to Zion and Bryce Canyon for my birthday and this place had everything we needed and then some. The location and proximity to the parks and the surrounding area was perfect. The house was super clean, easy to access, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, the showers were clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit at night when relaxing and winding down. This was an adults trip, but we could definitely see how accommodating it was for families as well. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed for the week, and the property is amazing. Easy to find, super accessible (zero steps, if that matters for your party), quiet neighborhood, had everything we needed. The hot tub was great - even for the kids, and having the playground there made everything so easy. The kids loved being able to play while we ate dinner. Bring shoes they can slip on easily, because the playground is on rocks. We would 100% stay here again. It was clean and had plenty of towels. There wasn’t any detergent when we arrived, so just pick some up on your way in town.

We loved our time at this house. It was extremely comfortable for our family of five and was well stocked with everything we needed. Super convenient location to go to Zion and downtown Kanab. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was the perfect base camp for our week of adventures in the area. Both our families loved it. We would highly recommend. It was one of the nicest/ cleanest homes we have rented.

Clean, comfortable, perfect location for all of Kanab's adventure spots. Our family especially appreciated the hotbtub and backyard toys. The beds and furniture are nice and perfect for lounging after a day of adventure.
