The guest house was easy to find and instructions were clear. Very clean and host added touches like snacks, having milk/eggs in the fridge. Beds were very comfortable. We'd stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay while moving our daughter into college. It was very clean and the owner was very responsive and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Hello! I'm not usually one to leave a review, but I wanted folks to know how great my stay was! There was a small hiccup at check in: I had to contact the host and ask for the check in information, when it was supposed to be automatically emailed to me. She sent it right away once I asked for it, but again, this was supposed to be waiting for me in my email when we landed, not something I had to reach out to my host to obtain. Also, the lockbox that held the key was difficult to get open, especially in the pouring rain that plagued our entire trip (not the owner's fault, of course - just added more adventure to the trip.).Once we got into the vrbo, everything was wonderful!! Super clean, comfortable, and the wifi information was prominently posted in the living room for all to see. Our host even called to make sure I was aware that there were clean dishes in the dishwasher in case I needed them (which I DID - thank you!!!), and if there was anything else I needed to please reach back out to her. She even let us check in early, which was great given the fact that our plans to wander around Eugene were dashed once we landed and it was raining pretty steadily. There was even an umbrella waiting for us in the coat rack, which was SUPER thoughtful! Great host, great place, very accomidating. Thank you for everything, if we come back to Eugene, we may stay here again!

This is a very nice place. Super clean and quiet and the host was super nice!

If you like clean, modern and tidy, this is the place for you. The apartment, furniture, linens, appliances, etc. felt brand new. There's a central mini-split for heat and air conditioning, and each of the bedrooms also has an additional heater.For us, the location was perfect, as we have relatives within walking distance. There is plenty of nature (hiking trails, pretty neighborhoods) to walk to, but not much in the way of shops or restaurants, so this location would be better if you have a car.Everything was basically as advertised, so we (a group of 4 adults) were pleased.
