Stayed Dec 31, 2024Our family and my friend’s family stayed here. We have 4 sons ages 24-25. They loved the pool table and all of the TVs to connect to. We had people meet from four different towns with a total of 5 cars and there was plenty of room in the driveway to park. The older adults and slept upstairs and the younger ones downstairs which was a perfect set up. Great place to spend NYE.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024Met some family there for the holiday. Kadia is very responsive. We left her place and realized we forgot some things. She even offered to drive our items half way. The place is clean and very comfy. Thank you Kadia.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024Three couples for the weekend and the house was perfect. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of places to hang out where we could all be together or be in different sitting areas. TVs in every room! Location was also ideal! Highly recommend and will be staying there again next time we all get together.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024A split-level house with separated areas that give a lot of privacy and a great pool table room off the kitchen where people can come together. There is no dining room, so if you are planning on hosting a large dinner party type thing this might be tough. There are stools at the kitchen counter and a low table in the living room area, which work great for casual eating. The house is very clean and comfortable and Kadia is a excellent communicator. If you are an extremely light sleeper there is a little bit of truck noise that might bother you, but otherwise the neighborhood is safe, quiet and clean. There are also some great restaurants just over the river. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 6, 2024This property was perfect location for a weekend baseball tournament in Marion plus time exploring Cedar Rapds, Czech Village and New Bo. Plenty of space for two adults and two 16 year old baseball players. Kadia is an amazing host - very responsive, welcoming and helpful. Convenient and easy to access location.
