Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi — please don’t harm them. The HOA provides regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you notice excessive activity — we’ll coordinate with the HOA.

Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. Our units are thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refund or adjustment.
