House was great for large groups! Porch was awesome and beach view was awesome.

Great house. Nice decor and very clean. Was a little worried with the water damage on the wall next to the sliding doors. Hoping there wasn’t any mold. Management company was phenomenal. We had an issue with the main TV. They were very quick to send someone out. Couldn’t fix so ended up getting a new TV the next day. Will definitely refer company to friends.

This could be an amazing beach house but it needs love. When we arrived the main floor glass sliders and glass dining table and family room area glass table tops were all filthy. Stickiness and glass rings and smears everywhere. You could not see out of the sliders and you want to see those views! All of the stainless steel appliances were sticky and handprinted as well. If I was the owner and was paying a cleaning service to ready the house for guests I would be furious! We called for cleaning service as there were no cleaning supplies in the house and we did want to incur costs for cleaning supplies for a house we expected to find in ready condition. They said it might be the next day before they could arrive so we went to cleaning ourselves...not what you want your first action to be upon arrival but we arrived before our friends so we wanted their first impression to be better than ours was. Hot soapy water and the dish cloth and towel provided did the trick on all glass and stainless steel surfaces. A cleaning person did arrive and tried to clean the sliders but it was still subpar. After she left my husband used the hot soapy water and dishtowel to wipe down and dry and and the results were amazing. The downstairs screened area where beach chairs and toys are kept has two old metal screen doors that are broken, rusty and sharp and dangerous. Seating in main room and very worn out and uncomfortable. We left it much cleaner than we found it.

We loved our stay here! The location is fantastic — right on the beach, but just far enough from traffic and busy streets to feel peaceful. The layout worked really well for our group, with a roomy kitchen, plenty of seating, and a deck with amazing views. Hot water was abundant, and the home was stocked with plenty of beach chairs and even a nice umbrella. The upstairs king bedroom mattress is very firm, which may not suit everyone's preference, but otherwise the comfort level was great. Our only concerns are more for the property management company: Better communication about trash service would have been helpful (we later learned the company handles the cans for you). The interior temperature stayed around 68°F, which felt a little brisk for our group. We eventually figured out the Nest thermostat upstairs, but clearer instructions would have helped. We were told to bring hair dryers, but the unit actually had at least three — could have used that extra space in our luggage! Tip, contact them ahead of time. Overall, this is a wonderful beach rental with incredible views, a great setup, and unbeatable access to the sand. We'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Upon arrival, I can definitivly say that this was the cleanest VRBO, ABNB, etc I have ever stayed in. The management company have great cleaning staff. The house itself is in a great location near everything we wanted to do and the scenery is amazing. You can hear the waves hitting the beach on the back patio. We even seen a pod of dolphins at one point while we were on the beach. There were a couple of maintenance issues that did not impact out stay or comfort though that I reported to the management company (such as there was a leak that had been occurring and was causing some damage to a wall). When we did reach out to the management company, someone came out to check it out within 10 minutes!.

Beautiful property great location!!! ICE MAKER!!! That was fantastic!! All appliances were new. Beds were very comfortable, the only negative was the WiFi service, we had a couple of work from home in the group and it was a struggle. Will stay again if available

Our trip was great, we loved the beach spot and that it’s not too crowded!House has everything you need for a big family stay!

We had such an enjoyable time with our family. We had total of 10 (4 kids, 6 adults) at the house and we never felt crowded. The access to the beach was perfect and we liked the 'beach room' on the ground floor where we could drop off our beach gear and use the outdoor shower to wash the sand off before going up to the main floor. Everything was decorated tastefully and we were never in need of anything. Kitchen had almost everything we needed (it could use a good knife for chopping vegetables) and we cooked breakfast and lunch every day. We loved the porch especially in the morning and late afernoon. As it isnt covered, its too hot to enjoy on a sunny day at noon. Definitely recommend this to any family. We hope to be back soon.

It was amazing

Loved staying at the K Family home. The home was clean and comfy. There was a handful of beach toys and chairs available. Enough beds to host a small army or large family. I hope the owners fix the ocean side wall. There is some obvious damage and I’d hate for it to get any worse. Overall I’d gladly stay here again and hope to in the future.

House was as described, everything we needed to make our week enjoyable.

Perfect location, but the house has some deferred maintenance. It was not enough to ruin our trip, but it was a little disappointing, given what we paid. It is billed as sleeps 14. We had 8, and any more than that would have been tight, especially with bathroom capacity. The little “extras” were lacking compared to other properties we have rented.

Awesome location, only a mere 40 yards from the beach. Perfect set up for families.

Had a big group of friends. Very easy to communicate and check in.

We enjoyed our seven night stay. Everything was as expected. Nice and comfy. Would definitely recommend. We stayed in the upstairs master and it was comfortable. The only complaint is that all bedrooms are next to the road. It would be nice to have a bedroom on the ocean side.

My family and I had a beautiful and relaxing week in Gulf Shores!

We had a wonderful stay at Kfamily tides. Everything was great. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and pots and pans and a crockpot! We did not want for nothing at this beach house. The only thing we wished we had was a roof over the back deck. Other than that this place is perfect!
