Just steps from beach ! Enjoy Summer vacation on South Padre Island!

My family and I loved staying so close to the beach. The house was clean and we had everything we needed to have the perfect beach getaway!

The place was nice and close proximity to beach. If you want quiet, this isn't it. Can hear through the walls and footsteps from other unit. I do recommend for the price, but if price isn't an issue, I woukd stay elsewhere.

The accommodations were very nice. It is a very spacious condo, and the kitchen has plenty of room to move around . The cabinet are high but accessible. We found new furniture in the living room from what is shown on the rental property. The condo is clan and neat, it was also very quiet. Getting in touch with the host was no problem, very accommodating. The location is perfect and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay.

Yes everythin excellent

I was impressed with all the things provided by the host. Everything I looked for, I found. There are even lawn chairs and boogie boards. Check in and check out are easy. There are stores and restaurants in easy walking distance. To get to the beach, you just walk across the street and through the little Butterfly Park. Perfect location.

Nice clean good location

Location is great. Love the fact that there is a side yard for our pet. Place is clean and nice. We will be back again

We truly enjoyed our stay here! Very well maintained with all the amenities that we needed and the perfect setup for our family! Also, we absolutely loved how that is located just steps away from the beautiful beach! We certainly hope to return to South Padre and would love to stay here again!

This property is BEAUTIFUL in an absolutely perfect location right across from the entrance to the stunning beach. And this host is so wonderful and gracious. I stay many places and this host was different. She truly cares about her guests. Beautiful heart. I look forward to staying here again when I'm in South Padre Island

What a great place to stay! The butterfly garden and beach access are right across the street. The interior is cozy and very comfortable. My new favorite spot on SPI. Highly recommend.

We love staying here every year! The house is perfectly situated across the street from the beach access. There is always plenty of room for us, family, and dogs. The host is amazing and is always very friendly when she happens to stop by.

Fun mini beach vacay

The wife and I were extending our stay after a long family vacation. We came across this last minute deal and the host was gracious, the property clean, and overall a great experience. Might come back and grab both of the duplex units. The only drawback was the upstairs folks were heavy footed and seemed like they were on the move most of the night. Had a hard time sleeping with the constant thumps from the upstairs. Not something the host can control so overall we enjoyed our evening and left early that morning. Loved how close we were to the beach and it was a lovely space. I definitely would do this one again.

This is our second year staying at Leslie's place. The location is perfect, you're about 100 feet from the door to the beach, across one usually quiet street. There are numerous great restaruants here, but just down the block is Blackbeards, which we ate at twice. There is a golf cart rental across the street from Blackbeard's, so that's a convenient walk if you need one. The place is spacious, the kitchen is stocked, and there are abundant toys/boogie boards/folding chairs for the beach if you don't bring your own. Leslie was kind enough to call and let us know about the SpaceX launch, which was an awesome experience - we just had to step outside onto the wrap-around porch to see it.Check-in and out were dead simple.On a more personal note, my wife was involved in a collision halfway through our stay, when an uninsured man in a truck plowed into her at a stoplight from behind. Leslie was simply outstanding, checking in on us, helping us work with Brownsville Toyota, and very graciously allowing us to extend our stay by a day to give Toyota time to try and make the car drivable. She made an extremely difficult time less difficult, and her kindness will never be forgotten. As long as we are in Texas, and headed for SPI, we will always stay with her rental.

Overall, a great experience. The location is perfect- cross the street and you're on sand. The rental has everything you need. Owner of rental is responsive and super friendly. I cant express how wonderful this place is and how much my family enjoyed their stay here.

We enjoyed the place

Excellent location, you just cross the street and walk to the beach! We had one issue with noisy neighbors into the middle of the night and the host was advised. I didn’t except a response because of how late it was, but I did and the issue was resolved quickly. Great communication!! The place is as advertised.

Even though weather was cool, we enjoyed our time. Location is great, kitchen is well stocked, and comfy family area.

We had a great time, loik forward to coming back next year.
