Just off 6th Ave! Beautifully Renovated Home! Close to UPS.

Very comfortable and nicely located! TV in one room didn’t work, but tv in other bedroom and living room did. I always appreciate having three bedrooms when traveling with two teenagers. Kitchen could use a water kettle/plug in boiler, but that’s really just on the wish list for tea drinkers like us.

Great location, excellent communication with the host. Lots of kitchen things excellent dish ware etc. very welcoming with wine and coffee. We loved everything but the weather….LOL. But we were visiting family so it was all good. Would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful home, we enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a few days for my daughter's choir event at the Convention Center in downtown Tacoma. Staying in a hotel doesn't work well for our family of 5, most hotels can't accommodate us in one room and 2 rooms is too expensive, so we searched on vrbo and found this lovely house. It was a great option for us, only about a 9-minute drive from the convention center. And it actually cost us less and gave us so much more space than a hotel room would have. 6th Ave is a very short 1-minute walk from the house. It has lots of places to eat and some fun shops, like a record store and comic bookstore. Our host was very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend.

This stay was WONDERFUL. The communication with the hosts is top notch, and the house’s location is perfect for University of Puget Sound parents.

We spent an 'away from home' thanksgiving at this lovely and cozy home. It was exceptionally well equipped - often rentals are sadly inadequate for real cooking and family hangouts. This home was nearly perfect. It was also walking distance to restaurants and coffee. Host communications were excellent. 10/10...and I have been renting for 25 years

The neighborhood was perfect for family fun and it’s so close to everything. So much room for everyone. Having a whole kitchen was nice too! The only thing I’d say I’d like to see is better parking options. This will be our go to rental when we come into town from now on.

We had an excellent experience at Just Off 6th Ave. The location was excellent, within walking distance to many good restaurants and bars. The host, Shannon, was very responsive. The house had lots of extras to make it feel like home away from home. It had a fully stocked kitchen, and also had a nice barbecue and little fire pit which we used to make s’mores with the family. It was clean, too.

Our party of 4 found the house very comfortable for a several day stay. The kitchen was well-appointed, so we were able to cook in. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient.

It was a great location, very easy on and off I-5. Home was clean and welcoming.

Absolutely beautiful home!! The hosts were incredibly responsive to my obnoxious number of questions, including very last minute ones regarding parking (like, 1/2 mile away panicking last minute). The home is just as pictured, 3 bedrooms, all fantastic. We were only here for 2 days but we'd absolutely stay again. The neighborhood was amazing and as a group of traveling women, we felt safe the entire time we were there. Many places to eat within walking distance (E9 IS SO GOOD!) and a lot of cool shops to see while in the area. Parking was a breeze. Literally no issues whatsoever.

We stay here annually and love the location to 6th ave, the yard, and all of the amenities. We will be back!

It was a little chilly inside with no central heat other than wall heaters, but I am from Arizona!

The property is exactly as described. The beds are comfortable and the pantry is well stocked. The street is quiet and parking was never an issue. It is walking distance to lots of restaurants and nightlife on 6th Ave. I’ll definitely be back!!

If you could plan exactly what you needed for a stay and it all came together this property was it!! Amazing location, very walkable, clean, well maintained and well stocked. Communication with the property manager was great. If you have the chance to book this property you won’t be disappointed.

It's a nice property, the area is very safe, and the location was great for dining and exploring the city, both on foot and easy access to major roadways, everything was as shown in the pictures, and the per-room heating meant everyone was able to sleep comfortably.

Came to Tacoma for a wedding. Booking a place in a town you’ve never been to can be daunting. This place was steps away from a delicious Pancake house for breakfast and a few more steps to a brewery for dinner.

Wonderful and spacious home in a convenient location close to University of Puget Sound and other attractions. Several good restaurants within walking distance.

The stay was perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked and in general everything you need for a long weekend was available. Communication with Shannon was great, she was so kind and willing to quickly answer any questions. The house is also in such a great location. We visited for a concert and getting around to restaurants and the tacoma done was great. If I ever need to stay in Tacoma again, I would love to see if this property is available. Again, great stay!!

Stayed here to visit a friend in the West end of Tacoma. This place was 9 minutes from everywhere in town. Very nice place to stay and great communication from the owners. Easy parking. Definitely would stay here again!
