Just Beachy | Pet Friendly, Pool, Fenced Yard!

Clean and comfortable. Has some issues with pool (unheated for a day after paying) but was resolved fairly quickly.

Very charming house. Great for our group of 10. The pool was great for after a day on the beach.

Loved the property. Plenty of room for the ten of us. The owner responded immediately to a little issue we had . I would definitely recommend this house and would love to go back some day.

We absolutely loved Just Beachy! The check in/out process couldn't have been any easier. The home exceeded every expectation! It was Gorgeous and immaculate. We have a large family of 9 and we loved that our younger kids were able to go to bed early upstairs while our teens had the entire downstairs to play games, Watch tv, etc. We couldn't get over how quiet it was between levels. That's a Godsend for any parent with kiddos lol. The only complaint was that we had to go home at the end of our vacation. We will definitely book again as a future vacation!

Overall we had a great time at this property and enjoyed our stay. The biggest issue we had was that the floors were filthy and seemed like they hadn't been swept or mopped in ages when we checked in. The patio furniture could use some updates too as all the lawn chairs were broken upon arrival. It just didn't strike us as the best maintained property. To be fair the company did call to ask if everything was okay after check-in, but it would have been even more of an inconvenience to have a cleaning crew come back out after we were already settled in. Otherwise though, the space was good for our group of adults and the pool especially was a great enjoyment during our stay. You can't beat the location either within walking distance to beach and the main street.

The property was in a Great Location you can walk to the beach, IGA, restaurants and shops , We unfortunately had issues with the pool upon arrival and we contacted the property manager and it was not fixed until the last day of our vacation. Only reason we chose this house was to have a private pool and ended up not being able to use it until the last day. Outside of the issues with the pool the property was great. Just disappointed no one for the property management contacted us .

My wife, two daughters and I stayed at the property the first week of September. Contrary to prior reviews, we found the house and pool to be very clean. The house has a great layout and is decorated very nicely. We spent most of our days poolside but the beach is only a few blocks away. I would highly recommend this property to families that are looking for a change of scenery and a relaxing time.

Pictures look amazing- however, upon check-in we were massively underwhelmed. Floors were dirty, mold in the downstairs closet, two burners on the stove did not work and the pool was cloudy. The rental company attempted to be responsive and was very apologetic, however, the house needs some serious attention.

Very disappointed about the cleanliness of this property. We have booked with TVR for the past five years and have never had a problem. The floors were filthy in the kitchen/living room and there was black dog hair in some lower shelves in the kitchen. Housekeeping staff came and cleaned shortly after we called and complained. We had received emails telling us that because of COVID, extra precautions were being taken by the housekeeping staff. We can only hope and pray the people that were here before us were healthy.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Just Beachy. The check in and out process was so easy. Great location! My grandkids especially loved the pool. We're already talking about a trip again next year!!?
