Incredible stay in the perfect location. Ocean front view with an amazing porch overlooking the beach. Communication w host could not have been better. Very clean and comfortable.

Everything about this stay was perfect! The cottage is perfect in how it welcomes you to both the inside and the outside spaces! Rob was responsive with every question! Location could not have been better. Usually we are with family in this area but this was a get away between chemo and radiation for just the two of us and it totally took my mind off of any of that! We loved your Seaglass honeymoon cottage! We will plan to try and book again!

This was the perfect spot for my wife and I. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect. Everything we wanted, food, shopping and food were just steps away. The view of the beach is fantastic. My Wife really loved soaking in the big tub. There was actually a deer on the property which was also cool and unexpected.

This place was great. We went for our 20th anniversary, and we are still talking about it a month later. It was lovely on the deck with an ocean view, great proximity to the beach, easy walking access to Seaside and Watercolor. Just a lovely place for a couple to stay. Highly recommend.

This was the first in a long time that it was the 2 of us at the beach. It was wonderful, the location was within walking distance to all to shops and restaurants. Sitting out on the porch was so relaxing with the views. Probably my favorite part was the tub on the lower porch, it was so relaxing after being on the beach all day. Thank you!

Me and my wife Susan had one of the nicest and most relaxing time it was our 46 anniversary would stay there again for sure,Rob was a great host.

Communication prior to and during our trip was perfectly attentive and friendly. The house is every bit as beautiful as it looks online. Clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. Air conditioning works great. Kitchen is great for making a quick meal or breakfast. Unbeatable location. We will be coming back as many times as possible! Loved this stay — thank you Rob!!

We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing stay at Seaglass Cottage. We have been to Seaside many times and found this cottage to be among our favorites. Seaglass is in the middle of everything to do in Seaside, but in a sense, it is away from it all. We are looking forward to returning to this perfect spot.

The Seaglass Cottage is exactly as described- nicely decorated and has all the essentials to get your retreat started. The cottage is located steps from a beautiful and impeccable beach and steps in another direction to the energetic town of Seaside offering tasty food and beverage options as well as entertainment. My husband and I stayed on this property and it was perfect for the 2 of us. The deck and lower tub enclosure are very private and relaxing. You can sit back and listen to the waves crashing on the beach in complete comfort. The owner goes above and beyond to assure you are completely satisfied- incredible response time to any type of inquiry ( big or small- it all matters to him:)

The house Seaglass is beautiful with a gorgeous view from upstairs. Although a fireplace is shown it is nonfunctional. The dishwasher was also not working but we managed because we ate out mostly. Overall it is a beautiful property and Rob was very helpful.

Just needs to get away from our daily lives, this was just what we needed.

We have been vacationing in Seaside for 20 years and we love to try a new home each time but this could be our favorite so far! If i could give higher than 5 stars, i would! Communicating with the owner was so fast and easy! The location of this home is perfect! I loved the layout of the home and the soaking tub on the outside porch was unbelievable! Views from the balcony were to die for and even has a comfy sofa for afternoon sunsets ! The attention to detail in this home can’t be beat! (from fresh flowers to comfy Barefoot Dreams throw blankets) If you needed something- it’s there! We will definitely be back :)

The cottage was impeccably clean with updated appliances and fresh decor. We have stayed in many of the beachfront cottages and it’s often obvious that the owner/management company just keeps them going. There were personal touches that gave us a feeling that the cottage is loved and much care is taken in it’s upkeep. The communication with Rob was so helpful in planning and executing the stay. We will stay at Seaglass over and over!

Rob the owner/mgr has a very cozy cottage steps from the beach. Great location, well updated. Walking distance to restaurants and bars no car needed.

Given all the glowing reviews this cottage had received, we knew we weren't going to be disappointed. But we had to see it to really appreciate how lovely and welcoming this beautiful cottage truly is. Rob (our host) was great at answering our questions, and he went above and beyond to make sure the cottage felt welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the cottage was very clean. The shower had great water pressure, and the oversized tub was a welcome retreat at the end of the day. Our favorite thing was enjoying our coffee on the upstairs deck while listening to the sound of the waves... I don't think we ever left the cottage before 1:00 because we relished that tranquil time so much. The location was perfect with its relatively short walk to the beach and walkable access to restaurants and shops. We are not ones to cook when on vacation, but the kitchen was well stocked. Our favorite restaurant was Havana Beach Bar and Grill in Rosemary (ask for Brittany... she was outstanding) and our favorite bar was the Red Bar. The pizza at Amici's 30A was also a favorite. I love to snorkel for shells and there are none to be found at Seaside... but I snorkeled out really far, where the water was about 15--20 feet deep, and found some live sand dollars which I left, of course. All in all, we loved the cottage and Seaside and highly recommend both to anyone, young and on your honeymoon, or old (we're in our 70's) and still in love ♥

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working. There was a temporary unit that was not adequate in anyway to cool the unit and the upstairs unit did not work at all. We felt information on the AC situation was misrepresented and we checked out and moved to a hotel.

Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay, the perfect get away for our anniversary. We will be back.

Beautiful cottage. Perfect location.

Beautiful cottage and right on the beach! Nicely decorated and tastefully updated. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The view of the Gulf was spectacular, especially at sunset. Appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and wine glass collection. The cottage was very clean when we arrived. Complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates were a nice touch. Close to the center of Seaside with lots of shopping, eating, etc. Note: When we checked in, the-under-the-counter freezer was frozen over and not running. The property manager said he sent someone the next day who spent about 2 minutes there and told him the freezer was running! During our stay, the freezer did not freeze ice cubes (in the trays provided), and it could not keep our frozen food frozen! We drove to Publix and bought bags of ice every day. When we checked out after 3+ days, the freezer was still not freezing ice or food. We asked for a partial reimbursement for the lack of a working freezer, but have not received a reply.

Really cool house. Very convenient to beach and town but also a feeling of quiet seclusion.

Probably the best place we’ve ever stayed around 30A. Highly recommend; just left and already thinking about our next visit.

I can’t express how amazing this place was. It’s said that pictures look better than it actually is but I can 100% say this place was even better in person. Rob was great in every way with communication and having the place look amazing. Well worth every penny.
