Stayed Mar 23, 2026Love the premise; heaps of space and very nicely appointed. Over the week, seven of my family visited for a couple of nights. Everyone was very comfortable. It was a loverly location; very quiet. We were lucky enough to be able to spend much of our time on the balcony overlooking the Barwon River.Communications with the owner were quick and easy; replies within minutes.The township of Barwon Heads was beautiful; local businesses catered for all our needs and there were a couple of day trips to Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale. Highly recommended.

Stayed Dec 19, 2025Michelle was an excellent host. Great communication and even arranged a Christmas tree and portacot for our stay. The house is huge, immaculate and very well-equipped, a great option for a big group or multi-generations as we were. The location is perfect opposite the Barwon River/Lake Connewarre and close to Barwon Heads shops. Note that as it is on two levels it would not be great for those with limited mobility. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024The house was large and well appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the birds and being able to walk over to the river for a spot of fishing. We would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Stayed Mar 28, 2024The place was outstanding. Five star. Location was quiet and overlooked the lake, but was a short and enjoyable walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. Our host had set up the accommodation with everything you could want. Its a brilliant place to stay with friends and family. If we are lucky enough we will go back again next Easter.
