Wonderful home. Everything we needed!

This house was perfect for our family and extended family of 8, plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen and beach gear. The elevator made it possible for our family and anyone with special needs/ disabilities. The location and beach were perfect My only concern with the location is that it is right next door to barrier dunes ( large condo / neighborhood) who lacks a beach due to erosion and thus the people staying there pack up and come to this side of the beach and do not mind sitting 2 feet away from you. So go out early and set up but give yourself a few extra feet. Roni is an awesome communicator and was very helpful in planning our trip. Thank you for the memories in 2025 Tropical Breeze

Our family of 8 plus 3 babies loved our week here. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and you’ll be hard pressed to find a better view of the gulf from your living room window. Highly recommend!! Roni is great to work with as well as Pristine Properties.

A Tropical Breeze is a fantastic home on Cape San Blas. My wife and I have vacationed on the Cape nearly every year since 1984, and this property is one of our absolute favorites. From the initial conversation with the owner, Roni, to final checkout, the experience was seamless.The house is well-stocked with amenities, including plenty of beach-related essentials to make travel easier. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the kitchen—filled with new appliances and cookware—makes cooking a breeze, even with multiple people in the space.One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch, which allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without worrying about bugs. We ate most of our dinners outside, taking in the beautiful weather. The elevator was also a major plus, making it easy to bring items (and people) upstairs. There is plenty of parking, and an outdoor seating area near the gas grill made for relaxing meal-prep outside.My family and I will absolutely choose A Tropical Breeze again in the future!

We had a wonderful vacation! Roni is great to work with; she talked with me a few times before we left for Cape San Blas, during our stay, and after our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and so comfortable! We had a Perfect Stay and made so many memories here. Can’t wait to return.

Loved that all the cooking needs were met. Had all the right utensils and spices needed which are usually not provided. As well as having beach gear for use without having to bring your own or rent. Fabulous place!

Very enjoyable week with fantastic friends who have known each other for 45 years.

This house was perfect! My husband, our three boys (ages 2, 4, and 6), my husbands parents and his brother were all there with us. We had plenty of space to each have our own room and bathroom with the kids all in the bunk room. The elevator was a life saving with kids and my mother in law who has a hard time with all the stairs that come with beach houses. The beach was beautiful and nice and empty.We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful home in great location

The house was far beyond what we expected. The owners were great and the house was even better.

Our family of five adults and two toddlers really enjoyed our stay. So close to the beach, and not in a high traffic area, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The open concept kitchen/DR/LR was perfect for keeping an eye on the kids while the adults cooked. Highly recommend!
