And welcome to The Gale Force Farmhouse at Telegraph Hill — a newly renovated, modern retreat tucked away in one of Provincetown’s most desirable neighborhoods. Once part of the historic Gale Force Dairy Farm, this stylish townhouse blends timeless charm with contemporary comfort. Perched on a hill and set back from the road, the home offers exceptional privacy, a lush front yard, and inviting outdoor space — all just a few steps from Victor's Restaurant and a short walk from Commercial Street.

Nearly 1,600 SF, 6-room townhouse in the West End. This beautifully rebuilt home sits above Bradford Street, offering privacy. Plenty of space for guests features a very well-equipped kitchen. Grill on the outdoor deck in the back, hang out on the large front deck, or gather around the fire pit on the front terrace.

Multiple private outdoor spaces provide plenty of seating & dining options. A separate den with a sit-to-stand desk (w/ Dell docking station & monitor), comfy leather couch, and a bookcase stocked with plenty of books is a great spot to kick back and unwind. High speed internet (400 mbs)

This is one of two beautifully renovated units in what was once the Gale Force Dairy Farm's house, the last operating dairy farm in Provincetown. This thoughtfully updated and completely rebuilt historic home blends charm with modern comforts, offering a peaceful retreat just moments from all the action. Despite being a two-unit building, it feels like a single-family home.

A mere ten-minute walk to the Boatslip, a 15-minute walk to the center, and an easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Gale Force Bike Rental & Beach Shop is located right across the street.

The home has A/C and gets excellent light all day long. The property's spaces include:

• Living Room: Central to the house with large windows overlooking the front deck and yard. A super comfortable couch and a few chairs make this a spot to gather for conversation, games, or to watch a little TV. There’s a 65” Roku smart TV (and a Sonos Roam SL) and a large coffee table stocked full of games. Located off the foyer, which includes a 1/2 bath.

• Den: A bright and cozy den features a comfortable couch and a sit-to-stand desk—perfect for remote work or quiet reading. Enjoy views of the front garden, Bradford Street, and the side yard. A bookshelf full of books is ideal if you feel like unwinding on the den's couch with a good book.

• Dining Room: Gather in the spacious dining area, which opens directly to the rear deck—ideal for indoor-outdoor living.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking at home, whether you’re whipping up a casual breakfast or a full dinner. Food processor, blender, bread maker, and even a juicer.

• Primary Suite: A spacious first floor bedroom. Includes a seating area, large closet, full bathroom, and views of Bradford Street. Includes linens, bath, and beach towels.

• Upstairs Open Loft: Overlooking the dining area, this spacious open space features a king-sized bed, generous storage, a private full en-suite bath, and in-unit washer and dryer. Includes linens, shower, and beach towels. Enjoy tranquil views down to Bradford Street. This room overlooks the dining area.

• Rear Deck: Perfect for summer grilling and outdoor dining, the rear deck includes a Weber grill, outdoor table, umbrella, and easy access to the parking area (fits 2 cars) and outdoor shower.

• Front Deck: Watch the world go by from the large front deck with plenty of seating—ideal for people-watching, coffee in the morning, or an evening drink. • Front terrace: Enjoy time with friends with 4 Adirondack chairs around the fire pit.

• There’s an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach—or for enjoying a refreshing rinse under the stars.

The property is also close to scenic biking trails, so feel free to bring your bikes or rent some conveniently across the street at Gale Force. You’ll also find plenty of great spots nearby for a run or a leisurely walk as you explore Provincetown’s vibrant West End.

Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this home offers a perfect blend of comfort, character, and convenience in a unique and historic property with a variety of spaces to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Just loved my stay at Joy Court. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked including a soda stream machine so I did not need to bring mine! The back deck and front porch were relaxing oases with comfortable furniture. I would highly recommend this property. The location was great for walking to the center of town and great beaches a close drive. Best time of year to go to Ptown! Thank you Mark for all your assistance.

The location -- tucked away from Bradford and atop a hill -- was perfect. Very quiet, but just a short walk to Commercial Street. The place was spotless and surprisingly spacious for a Ptown VRBO, with one vast bedroom on the ground floor and another one -- including washer/dryer -- on the open second floor. It rained nearly all day Sunday, so we were especially grateful for this well-designed place.

The property was recently remodeled and all the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The outdoor spaces were very comfortable and we enjoyed the front deck furniture for an afternoon sit or nap most days. The two king beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could want. The location was perfect for access to the beach, Commercial Street, and restaurants.

We loved this place! We have been renting properties in Provincetown for years and this was definitely the best. Mark made check in so easy and responded quickly if we had a question. He house was perfectly located. Close to town but nestled in the trees for an incredibly private and serene experience. Quiet sunny mornings on the back deck. Dramatic sunsets from the front deck, and magical nights around the fire pit on the lower deck. And at the end of the drive was the legendary Gale Force store for any last minute needs. Town was a short walk and the beach a short bike ride away. But the best part – was the house itself. Newly renovated, comfortable furnishings, and appointed with every convenience we could think of. It's beautifully designed with a wonderful, fully equipped kitchen. There were three, yes three bathrooms and two huge spacious bedrooms with comfortable king size beds. The upstairs bedroom had incredible views to the sunset. The downstairs bedroom was huge with a beautiful bay window that lit up the whole room with a magical light from mornings until night. We look forward to renting this house again next year. Can't wait!

Having traveled to P’Town for several years now, this townhouse truly made for one of THE best stays I’ve had. A wonderful, cozy, tastefully decorated townhouse with amazing patios to enjoy provided an enjoyable, peaceful retreat to come home to while visiting! The owner is super friendly and responsive! I highly recommend this townhouse for anyone visiting P’Town who wants a high quality, care-free place to stay!

We had an amazing stay at Mark's beautiful home in Provincetown for the 4th of July with my wife and brother-in-law. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. Mark was an exceptional host—responsive, friendly, and genuinely caring, making sure we had everything we needed and even surprising us with some special treats upon arrival. The house itself is stunning — very clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully furnished with a charming island and beach theme. It’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into creating a warm, inviting space. The appliances were all new and well-maintained, and the house was fully stocked with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay—kitchen essentials, cozy linens, and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The outdoor areas were fantastic, especially the fire pit, which was perfect for relaxing evenings outside. The layout provided plenty of room for everyone, and the overall ambiance felt like a private retreat. One of the best aspects was the location—just a short walk from Commercial Street. We were able to park our cars and easily explore everything Provincetown has to offer, from the beaches to the restaurants and shops. It made our week incredibly convenient and enjoyable.Overall, our experience exceeded expectations. Mark’s hospitality, the lovely home, and the ideal location made our 4th of July unforgettable! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful home in P-town!
